(((We have just found out that our credit card processor is having some technical difficulties processing credit card transactions with your account.
If you are having problems purchasing a membership and you receive an error, it is not a problem on your end, it is our processor.
Unfortunately, their tech team isn't available until tomorrow morning to get this fixed.
So right now, we have 3 options for you to get your memberships...
OPTION 1: Wait until we get the issue resolved by tomorrow.
OPTION 2: Send in a money order.
OPTION 3: Use Paypal. Send payment to [email protected]. Make sure you include your username. Once payment clears, we will update your account within 2 -6 hours.

we got the same e-mail...6 times. we have not done anything to change our account either.
Got it 9 times and have been paid up since day one. Somethings amiss..lol
We keep getting the same message over and over as quickly as we delete it. LOL.. does this mean the sight is asking for mutiple donations from existing members? LOL
Ten and counting for us and we are lifetime members so no need to update.
10 times here, lifetime members also
do i win? i got 14 emails from the admin. :P

So I shouldn't have responded to all 14 emails with my full name, credit card number, soc. sec, and mother's maiden name?
Hello everybody,
Sorry for the multiple emails you received last night. In a mad dash to get the word out to potential new members about the credit card payment issues, we forgot to change the recipients to just non-paying members. So everyone got the email. As well, we somehow got stuck in a loop that sent out around 10 copies to every mailbox unbeknownst to us (I don't think unbeknownst is a real word but you get my point
. Sorry about that.
These emails were intended only for non-paying members who have tried to purchase a membership within the last few days but were getting declined on perfectly good credit cards. To help save the sale of the membership until our processor resolved the issue, we wanted to offer some alternative ways for them to pay so they could become our newest, welcomed members and obtain the ability to start contacting of all you current sexy ass members. (And yes, we have the sexiest fucking members of em all!
The options offered were:
1. To wait until we resolved the issues...
2. Send us a money order (The long wait option)...
3. Send us a payment using PayPal (The quicker, easier option). For those of you who don't know what PayPal is, it's a company owned by Ebay that allows businesses to accept payments from customers using credit cards or bank accounts without ever revealing this information to the business. You go to http://www.paypal.com and click the SEND MONEY link. You'll arrive at a page that asks you to enter the email address of the company you wish to send payment to, which ours is [email protected]. You continue to fill out the rest of the information it asks for and the amount of the payment you wish to send. Make sure you include your username on Swingular so we know which account to upgrade. From there, it's just like checking out on any other website when you make an online purchase. Once we receive notification that your payment cleared, we will update your account to reflect your new membership within 2 to 4 business hours.
Of all the 3 options, Paypal would probably be the quickest option and the process is very safe and secure.
However, as I am writing this post, I am also on the phone with our Merchant Processor trying to get this issue resolved. Should be soon.
Now I know how some you get when you here CREDIT CARDS & PROBLEMS in the same subject. In no way does this affect any previous purchases by current members or has any personal data been compromised. It's just a matter of the processor declining every card that all new members are using to make their current purchases. Just like you would see when you go to the grocery store and try to use your card and it gets declined. Except in this case, your card is probably working just fine, it's the processor who doesn't want to except it. And according to the technical representative I'm currently on the phone with, she says she thinks they suspended our account because we forgot to update our newest address information. If that's truly the case, I am one pissed off mofo because no one contacted us prior to suspending the account to get this issue resolved.
Anyways, enough of my rants. As you all know, I like to be forward and upfront with all our members so sometimes I give a little more information then is necessary but I want you to know what's truly going on.
So now I must go and sit on the f'ing phone for 4 hours to get such a simple problem fixed. Welcome to the real world I tell myself.
Thanks everyone. I hope this clears things up for those of you who just didn't understand what was going on.
Have a wonderful Monday and thanks for being the best members in the world. <- Just a little ass kissing but I mean every word of it!
Your Loyal Admin,
Rob

We got none!!!!
Well,, I just have to say that when I asaw we had TEN EMAILS, I got really excited,, How in the world did we get so popular !! LOL. Then imagine my dissapointment when turned out to be just business, and only thing hung was the send button.
We got 12 e-mail from them, since more than the credit card processor is having issues.
As of 12:30 PM Pacific time today, credit card processing has been working flawlessly! YEAHHHH!! It took them 6 hours to figure out that they upgraded some of their software which caused parts of our merchant account information to change yet they forgot to update it in their system. So every time someone tried to make a new purchase, it didn't recognize our account. So it was their problem but we lost over 500 new members and we don't get anything from them for our loss! What the f*!k.
Anyways, we're just glad it's working again. Now we just have to go through over 300 new emails.
Again, thanks everyone for your patience in this matter.
Your 'getting back to happy' admin,
Rob
