Swingers Forum - Republicans Support for the new President?

line
Previous Post Next Post
So now the election is over and there are a lot of serious issues that need to be addressed. I am wondering how many McCain supporters or republicans will be able to give the new administration a chance. How many people's values are too different from Obama and can never support him. Be honest.

After Jan 20th all military including retirees have no option as we all took an oath to "Obey the orders of the president of the United States" I will say I am glad I am in the retired roles and NOT on active duty I think you will see the re-enlistment rate go way way down maybe so low they will be forced to re-introduce the draft.
All a part of the plan of Nationalization. Service to ones nation will become the norm. Service is one thing but servitude is another.
As an American, one must give the office of the President the respect it deserves.

Tell that to the people busting their asses for a slave wage that can afford to go to the doctor or take care of their families because of unregulated capitalism. ;)

Why don't you tell me about it. I was once in that group. The wife and I decided to make something of ourselves so we are out of that fun party.
The opportunities don't exist for everyone. There will always be those that try and fail. If you made it, it's not just because of hard work. Chance is a huge part of it. "Making something of yourself" is a copout answer and doesn't address the diverse population we have nor the diverse situations we all face. It sounds like you are grasping at straws to be cheap. Do me a favor, if you don't like public programs, don't ever go to a public park, call the police, fire department or ambulance, don't expect the military to ever defend your home and furthermore, don't expect them to come bail you out in a natural disaster. Those are all socialized programs we all pay for. ;)

Well I guess I will be part of the problem!!!! Just like you must have been and as of now still are part of the problem. Is that what you are saying? I will always respect the Office Just not always the clown that takes over.

Yes, you are right. Chance is a huge part of it. Never mind that the wife worked 40 hrs a week while going to RN school FULL TIME. Never mind that we were playing musical credit cards to eat. Never mind that I took the first job I could and moved 500 miles away and had to stay with a friend and work 3rd shift. Never mind that I held a job and did odd jobs for other money. Never mind that she went to a Masters program to be an NP working FULL TIME. I was just fortunate because I had that silver spoon in my mouth. How dare me suggest that others work too. You begin to sound like my parents when they tell me about their religion. It was good for them because God made it so or it was part of God's plan. So yes, I had little to do with it and neither did the wife. It was part of God's plan or good luck.

No problem. You do me a favor first and give me back all my taxes and free me from further taxes. Don't like it, don't use it. That is a cop out if I ever saw one. I PAID FOR IT. I AM PAYING FOR IT. I WILL BE PAYING FOR IT. Why shouldn't I use it to the max? Like I said, pay me back and free me from payments and we can talk about not using their services.

WHEN ARE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEMSELVES???????????????????????
We all have had a crutch or two but we made it by working. I hate to work I would much rather be on vacation all the time. Let's see my mother didn't work, there's one excuse. I have alcoholics in the family, a brother that smokes dope and what ever else he does, excuse number two. Need I go on. Being lazy does not make one deserving. Get a fucking job and then we can talk about how much more help is needed. I will be glad to help but they have to help themselves first. Yea yea I know unemployment and all, well the place my wife works has been looking to hire people and nobody applies.

ummm is that why we have seen you support W so much in the past? or are you part of the problem?

Personally, I will give him every opportunity to prove himself a capable leader...of course in my opinion...appointing a thug politician with huge ties to wall street and sat on the board of fannie/freddie is definately strike one.

Thank you for proving my point. That YOU are part of socialism everyday!!!! The only difference is, I am saying we should add two programs to society and you say we shouldn't. Because I say we should, I am being callled a communist and because you say no, you are being called an elitist facists pig. Now do you seem the bullshit??? I can call people names all damn day. It's a great way to vent. I am not accusing you of calling me names. I'm just making a point. You've actually been one of the few who have refrained. I am simply saying that out of all the socialized programs, police, fire, water, sewer, parks etc. education and health should be covered. The excuse I hear most of the time, is that they don't ever work. The reasons they don't work, is because we allow their funding to be cut.

It's like hear in Utah. Huntsman bragged about how he "Balanced the Budget"... HE CUT POLICE AND EDUCATION!!!! The future leaders suffer as does the safety of the community, all so these fucktards can say they cut the budget. But HEY!!! We have millions to sink into a fucking zoo. We have to sell our asses to Italy to make money y storing their nuclear waste. We have filthy air, chemical weapons storage, nuclear waste and who knows what other kind of nasty shit. We are dictated to by a church who uses it's tax exempt money to fund a campaign that discriminates against a minority group (which is normal for them).

All those things you said you did to get where you are. Lot's of us have struggled similiarly. I am also a friend to hard work. My wife also works hard. We are a military family. I know what it is to serve, just as my wife does. I also know what it is to pay taxes like the next person. That's why it our duty as a community to work together and take care of eachother to ensure all of our future. None of us can do it alone. Nature even proves that solitary animals starve much more than pack animals. I am not going to explain common sense to you. If you don't get it.... That's something you'll have to live with. I will continue my belief system.

Oh and for that little red riding hen analogy to work, you have to add that the duck, cat and dog were the ones making the garden tools, building the ovens, running the mill, doing the hen's house work and taking out her garbage.

You are singling out only the deadbeats that don't work. That can be remedied. All we have to do is exclude non-contributors. If that's your only obstacle, we can agree. What you can't tell me, is that someone working over a oven in a restaurant, that has no benefits, is a deadbeat that doesn't contribute. You can't tell me that someone working as a pest control technician isn't a contributor. How about garbage truck drivers? how about taxi drivers? what about bartenders? I could go on forever. There are a lot of contributors to society that go with out.
