As of late, the LDS Church has taken it upon itself to donate money to campaigners/lobbyists that are in favor of California's anti-gay marriage legislation a.k.a measure 8. I find this to be the biggest fucking bullshit slap in the face this church as yet to deliver. It is using tax exempt money to wage a political campaign against people's freedom to choose the love of their lives. It never ceases to amaze me, the length these motherfuckers will go to encroach on others liberty. I have a hard time feeling sorry for Christians when people burn their fucking churches to the ground. I would like to end by saying that I fucking loath religion.

Do you hate religion or do you hate organized religion? There are many religions (many of the old ones) that the Catholic church has deemed "Pagan" that believe in free thinking and private beliefs. I have never had a Wiccan believer try to convert me but I sure get a lot of Christians knocking on my door. Do not hate religion because certain types of people like to push their beliefs. I definitely side with you that what they do is silly, but they are taking religion which should be a private internal thing, to a fucked up level.
I find religion in any form to be absurd. I hate those that encroach on liberty, like most of Christianity. I know that sounds extreme, but because it will never be a private personal thing, I hate it. There will always be bad apples that spoil it. It has no place outside of the confines of the private lives of those that wish to partake in it.

Believe what you want, hold yourself to the tenets of your religion, just keep it out of my law and out of my life. Your god doesn't exist to me.

Racism has always been around, but because people like me speak out, it doesn't have such a grasp on our government. The civil rights movement proves that one. People are protected from it more now than they ever have been.
Just because you lack the courage to speak out against religion, doesn't mean you should ridicule me for doing so. Religion, for far too long, has encroached on the personal liberties of those that want no part of it.
