Swingers Forum - Whats up with this?

yeah. i just posted this, but my post got baleeted. *shrugs*

And not to mention these user's don't exist on this site

This is an attempt by a disgruntled person hired to build the website for The Fantasyers group. From what we understand, he asked to be a part of the business after he built the site and was not one of the original partners, thus he was denied. So he set off to start a personal vendetta against the partners and actually assaulted one of them. A felony charge and court hearing are pending next week. As an act of revenge, he created this fake website to scare anyone who is associated with the partners and their parties. He has since taken his threats to the next level and is harassing Utah members of all swing sites by telling them they are going to get exposed. He wants the charges dropped in exchange for dropping the website. The attorneys general is involved in the case and has found out about his site and it is considered harrassment of a pending felony case against a victim and they are going to shut his site down. We have all of his IP addresses and we are tracking him as we speak. He is in violation of copyright law and the sites he is mentioning... Lifestyle Lounge and AFF... are going to build a lawsuit against him for copyright infringement. He cannot legally take anything off of any private site whether it be our pictures or yours and post it somewhere else without breaking copyright laws, as stated in our terms & conditions and the other websites T & C's.

From what we hear, he is in Texas right now and evading court. He is a one man band, has no money to support paying anybody to do such things and is desperately trying to scare people so they go after the organizers of the Fantasyer parties making it seem like their fault.

This person is not going to be at any parties and is not going to film anyone. The Erotic Ball is being put together as a sexy Halloween party and is not related to swinging in any way so anyone in attendance can be assured that they will not be exposed to anything. As well, the Fantasyers party is being billed as a sexy vanilla party so you have nothing to worry about there as well. Plus, most of us will be in costume, so how the hell are they going to be able to tell who you are??? Don't let this guy get to you, that's what he wants.

We will have plenty of security and if anyone is caught, they will be arrested and prosecuted.

I have just been to that site and personally it looks like someone got pissed off and decided to expose everyone who is playing where they themselves are not allowed.

It takes some pretty low individuals with no class, no guts, no integrity, no redeaming quality at all to think up a way that could harm people like that. Personally I am of a mind that people will either like me for who I am or they wont and what I do with my friends or allow them to do with us is our buisness and has no bearing on anyone not involved. However due to some of the prejudices out there some people can not afford that attitude and wish to keep their lives private and share it only with like minded individuals, not the whole world. And it is wrong on so many levels for someone or someones to simply decide to invade that privacy on such a personal level without an ivitation.

I personally will not help such individuals gather informaton on my friends or cherished aquaintences so I have removed all of our photo albums that we had posted for the individuals who had attended our parties or were on trips with us, or us with them. If any of the individuals who were at any of them would like copie of said pictures, please let me know I will be happy to burn off a cd and mail them to you, or email them.
