TR Here is a Lawsuit I found online. This is not a challenge to you but more of a request. I have as of yet been able to locate the current Status of this Lawsuit. Since you are adamant about proof, see what you can dig up about the status of it and then from there we can turn this topic into a debate.

Like the McCain trial it will be dismissed for lack of standing on the plaintiff. Fair an impartial right? Since the judge did not hear the first Hollander's case against McCain's, why would they hear Berg's?

So it appears that Obama is doing the same to Berg as McCain did to Hollander.

Ok so the Birth Certificate issue has been resolved to atleast my satisfaction, however there are several other claims in the Lawsuit that have not been addressed. Personally I feel that it is the court's decision if someone files a lawsuit of this nature. The Court needs to make a ruling on eligibility one way or the other and then explain their decision.
Some of the issues that call Obama's citizenship into question, according to the Lawsuit, that do not have any bearing on his birth place are his Citizenship in Indonesia, which if true, as claimed in the suit, make Obama ineligible for the office he currently holds as well as office of the President.
If Correct, Obama became an Indoneasian Citizen when his Step father assumed responsibility for him and enrolled him in Indonesian School. By Indo law Duel Citizen ship is not allowed so his American Citizenship would have been surrendered. Plus, when his mother became an Indo Citizen he automatically became one by default as a minor. By not re-obtaining his Citizenship upon turning 18 (or anytime 14 years prior to running for office of the Senate) He is therefore ineligible for either office.
Now as for McCain. A Judge has ruled on his eligibilty, Like it or not, a Judge in California has ruled him to be eligible and that decision has yet to be over turned.
Birth citizenship aside it would appear that Obama would still not be eligible. (providing all statements made in the Suit are accurate, which must be assumed since Obama has not answered to the claims and the Courts have refused to render judgement.)

That argument would apply to McCain as he was is a panamanian citizen as well. He was born 1 year before the law that allegedly protected him was enacted. The court should've heard the case against McCain as well.

Again....
McCain was not born on a military base nor even in the Canal Zone. John Sidney McCain III was born at the Colon Hospital, located at Avenida Melendez and 2nd Street, Manzanillo Island, City of Colon, Republic of Panama. The time of birth on the Panamanian birth certificate issued by Panama Railroad Company (which owned the Colon Hospital) was 5:25 PM and the day and date of birth was Saturday, August 29, 1936.

Speaking of suits.
Washington, DC -The Democratic National Committee today filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in D.C. to compel the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to investigate John McCain's decision to unilaterally withdraw from the FEC's matching funds program despite using the program to financially benefit his campaign - just one of many McCain campaign improprieties. To view a copy of the DNC's lawsuit, please visit [here].
John McCain talks about setting a new standard for "transparency and accountability" yet when it comes to his campaign, he doesn't seem to think the rules apply to him. First, he used taxpayer dollars to secure a loan to keep his campaign afloat in the primary, a move that's clearly against the law. Then the Wall Street Journal reported that McCain refused to pay for his campaign's use of a corporate jet - again against the law - and last week, his trip to Canada came under question for possible violations of federal law.
"Whether it's using a taxpayer funded loan to keep his campaign afloat, refusing to reimburse for his campaign's use of a corporate jet, or violating federal laws on a foreign campaign trip, John McCain has shown an increasingly troubling pattern of impropriety," said Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean. "John McCain tries to brand himself as a reformer but how can the American people believe he'll change Washington when it's clear he thinks the rules apply to everyone but him? We had enough of that with the Bush Administration. We don't need it again with John McCain."
In order to receive matching funds, John McCain signed a binding agreement with the FEC to accept spending limits and to abide by the conditions of receiving those funds. The FEC requires that any request to withdraw from the agreement must be granted by the FEC. FEC Chairman David Mason made this clear in a letter to McCain advising him that the law requires the FEC to approve his request to withdraw from his contract - a move McCain ignored and cost Mason his job.
According to past Commission rulings, the McCain campaign would not be allowed to withdraw from matching funds because it already violated a key condition for being let out of the program - pledging matching funds as collateral for a private loan. McCain obtained a $4 million line of credit -- drew $2,971,697 from it - and documents make clear that the promise of public financing was used to secure his loan.
On February 25, 2008, the DNC filed a complaint with the FEC calling on the Commission to investigate whether the McCain campaign is breaking the law by ignoring spending limits in the primary. The FEC has failed to act within 120 days, so the DNC is now asking the court to require the Commission to act on the original administrative complaint. Now that it appears that the Senate is on track to approve the needed FEC nominations, the DNC is also making clear that this should be on the top of the FEC's agenda.

Mccain/Palin win Nov 4th .
Mccain/Palin win Nov 4th .

FREERIDESTL,
You are right, the case against Obama says nothing. There is more facts against McCain.
AMPUSSY,
Even though the polls don't reflect your prediction.... I'll say this. If the old fart and dumb bimbo do win, you'll have 4 more years to blame on the democrats. I wonderif McCain'll have us invading spain or Germany because he thinks Putin is the head of Germany and Spain is in South America. HAHA!! You go on with your bad self. HAHAHA! HERCULES! HERCULES! HERCULES! HERCULES!

They (McCain/Palin) will win and no I won't be blaming democrats if McCain does not hold true to his promises instead I would admit you were right and would vote for a independent next time. Here is my prediction McCain/Palin will win then Americans will rise up and clean out the problem (congress) anyone who voted for the bailout should be outed! That is one place I will agree that McCain blew it the markets should have been left to adjust with little help from the FEDS! Was it necessary yes it was but it was rushed through too quickly and no pork should have been added the 700 billion price tag was way overkill and look not much has been improved since the bailout was voted in.
I don't think McCain will win. I think people want Obama/Biden. I think McCain is just another Bush. Bush had 8 and failed so miserably, I think he's a criminal. I think McCain is just an older dumber version of Bush. I think Palin is a moron. This country needs Obama and Biden.
Real change will come from a young intelligent black man under pressure to prove himself. The world wants him. He's got some of the best foreign policy experts and some of the best economists on his side. McCain doesn't know the economy, healthcare, abortion, gay rights or foreign policy from his own ass. He and Palin would have your head on a fucking stick for being a swinger. FUCK THAT RACIST MOTHERFUCKER!

Stop drinking the Bong water.
Now how do you come up that McCain is a racist??????? Personally I think obama is a racist. He wants to help the poorest of the poor, which when translated = blacks. No one should get a refund bigger than what has been withheld. Thinks everyone should get healthcare, but at who pays, translated = whites. I'm sorry that his mother had to fight with insurance companies in her last days. But maybe if she had the insurance in force before being diagnosed they would have paid. You can't get sick and then go buy insurance,if it worked like that every body would have insurance. Education, just go to class, shut the fuck up and learn. Study harder and learn more, then you can go to college. Sorry but college is not promised to anyone.
FREERIDESTL,
I like the taste.
Highway,
I've already posted the video with him and O'reilly, another GOP douchebag, talk about how all the brown people are trying to interrupt the "White Christian Male Power Structure". He's a racist in my eyes, as are a lot of the old timers in Washington. 232 years and every president has been a white dude. You tell me that isn't some fucking bullshit. Oh and Obama is more educated than both of us put together. So I wouldn't talk about education with respect o black. Some of the biggest pioneers of the scientific age were black as are many of the current geniuses of the world. What's funny is the GOP is largely comprised of racist rednecks from the south. They have their little monkey Obama dolls and such, but their combined IQ's wouldn't come close to his. What's ironic, is most of them are the monkey-lookin motherfuckers. Last time I checked the south and many other areas of the U.S. held large numbers of poor white folk.

Damn Finally I actually agree with TR you are right McCain would have my head on a stick if he knew me and I was a swinger BUT I vote with my HEAD not my dick lol. Here is why I say McCain/Palin will win this election right now 1/2 the nation is for Obama (in the polls) however; how many of that base will actually show up and vote? I put far more faith in the Republican base to actually show up at the voting booths. Obama has the youngins, the obvious black racist vote but how many are too damn lazy to even go out and find a job? Do you actually think these same lazy asses are going to show up to vote? Hell ACORN had to offer cigarettes and a buck just to get some to register lol. We will be having this discussion on Nov 5th and you can call me whatever your little heart desires and if I'm wrong and your bleeding heart liberal actually pulls this off and BUYS the voting public and buys his way into the White House I will admit I was wrong.
AMPUSSY,
So you think all the white racists'll show and keep the nigger out of office eh? Nice.

What nothing to show obama not a racist? By the way education does not make you smart just means you know a lot of useless information. I am not from the south, well yes I am southern California with an iq in the genios range. The little brown folks McCain was speaking of are the illegals. As far as I'm concern they should send all illegals packing not letting acorn register them to vote. Oh and by the way I'm not saying blacks are dumb, I'm including everybody when it comes to education. You can't go through childhood skipping shcool, disrupting class. and getting suspended and then claim later you weren't given the opportunity for an education.
TR the only racist is Obama read his books and how he slams the "white people" you are the one who brought up the "N" word not I.
I have told you before I'm not a racist our grandson is 1/2 black and we love the little guy. You took out of context what I said. My point again was the Obama base is made up of a bunch of "give me a handout" crowd.
Republicans are not into distribution of wealth like you bleeding hearts democrats I hold to my original statement when it comes to actually going to the voting stations you will see a drastic decline in Obama supporters as many are all talk and no action.
We see far many more McCain/Palin signs when we drive down the roads than Obama/Biden signs with the amount of cash Obama has you would think it would be the opposite. The republican base is not too lazy to get out and "WORK" for our next president/vp.
What have you done TR besides sitting behind your puter and spewing your liberal "facts"? How many people have you contacted face to face couldn't be many as from the time stamps on these messages and the amount of them it seems you are on here more than you are out there supporting your canidate. My point is Obama base is made of many who won't show to the voting booth come Nov 5th we will see you was right.

Unlike you, I can do more than one thing at a time. HAHA! I work from behind my computer much of the time. We can't all drive a garbage truck, like you. You're the epitome of what GOP ideology has done with the education quality of our country. Using phrases like "spread of wealth" when all most blue collar workers want is a livable wage and for the community (EVERYONE) to provide healthcare and education for itself. Welfare should be given at a cost to the recipient in labor to the state. I think everyone capable of giving should give in anyway they can. I think we need to heavily regulate corporations and heavily regulate our socialized systems. So spare me the spread of wealth shit. What I am saying is give back to the community.

I agree. However, much of those behaviors are a result of the resources that are not available to parents and the school. No after school help. The parents themselves are victims of prior generations of underfunded resources. So now we have a bunch of people that don't give a fuck teaching it to their kids. Those issues are a result of people not wanting to spend money on our communities. This is the result of 6% of the people in the U.S. controlling the other 94% economically. Underpaid teachers are not gonna spend the time after school, trying to help kids that don't give a shit. You want those that have been doing all the giving to give more and the rich to live in their towers and look down and say... Look at what those black people have done to their communities. HAHA!! It was the CIA that introduced crack to their fucking neighborhoods. Desperate people will do whatever to make it. Ask Mexicans that cross the border, ask smugglers that keister drugs etc.
We need to get to the source of these issues. GOP says lets build a fence the length of the border and misuse the national guard to patrol the border. Instead of fining companies that hire them MILLIONS of dollars for doing it. We punish a people trying to take care of their families instead of fucking asshole capitalist fucking Americans over by giving the job to a Mexican person for a fuckin slave wage. NOBLE PARTY YOU GOT THERE.

There again all you've got is blame the republicans. Well let's take a look. I went to school and we had 30 kids in each class. Any disruptions were met with punishment such as having to stay after school or if serious enough 2or3 whacks from the board of education. Then came along some bleeding heart liberals who said oh no you cannot punish those kids you must use positive reinforcement. And now we have what we have. If you want better education for the majority you need to get rid of those that just want to hang out and disrupt the class.
Now Don you seem like a fairly well educated person. How did that happen with all these so called shortages you speak of? Oh i'll tell you it is because you wanted to learn and paid attention in school.
As far as the cia introducing crack, prove it. But sorry again, there were too many riots before crack to use that as an excuse.

TR Racism is not the problem it has become class warfare.
Just a short reply . . .First, while all the legal stuff is very impressive and I guess some lawyers have had fun with it over the years in the end I don't buy into it. As a military member we traveled all over the world however children born to military families on the base or while stationed overseas have the same citizenship as those born on U.S. soil. In fact many of the bases we had overseas the land was considered a detached part of the United States . The reason we have a military base in Cuba is that land is not Cuban land but U.S. Soil - well at least when it fits our needs. Up until the 1980's we considered the land U.S. Soil under our major military bases in the Philippines - after years of talks we returned the land to that country. So I just don't buy the question of non citizenship. In the end it will just be another U.S. Citizen Republican that finds the public is done with the "Bush" years, the kissing up to the right wing "Praise the Lord" section of the Republican Party, done with sending our military to fight in wars without end, and ready for real change.
