We are coming to SLC this Monday thru Wednesday. We are looking for a place to eat good BBQ food. Prefer a smaller place, not a big chain restaurant. Let us know what you guys think.

Definately Sugar House BBQ near the corner of 2100 S and 700 East, excellent meat and sides .at a fair price. Closer to downtown is Kaiser BBQ across from trails strip club 300 west and 900 South, excellent meat sides are a bit lacking price is low.

If you want som awsome BBQ it is a short drive106th south just east of I15. It is called ''GOODWOOD" This place serves ribs soo good the meat aaaaagh Dam it nowI am hungry!

the best bbq i have had here in salt lake i importated it from san antoino tx. ha ha ha being a truck driver i have tasted all sorts while q4u is very good so is daves on 7800 and state. while i have not tested the one one 10600 so. it will depend on your taste. if you like hickory above misquite, or apple over maple. then the peppers cumin, cyane, black, ect. sugars brown, raw, beet, cane, honey ect. next vinagers.
I have had some bbq that people for the most part didnt like and enjoyed it and then i had some i really didnt care for while most people raved about it.
the one i really enjoyed was when i was a kid it was 420 friendly with a large amout of jack in both the base and marinade, maybe that is why I am now 420 alergic.
