American Mother + American Admiral father = American Citizen. The base in Panama where John McCain was born was US territory at the time of his birth. Panama was a US territory until the Dim Wit Jimmie Carter ended the charter. Check your history....Gesh people really should have studied when in High school.

No, I've read the case that was brought up against McCain. The only reason the court didn't hear it was because the gent that filed it didn't have a direct interest in the race. It's like you trying to sue someone for my wife's injuries in a car accident. You have no direct interest. The judge said it would have to be someone from the government. However, I disagree with that ruling based upon we are the people and have the biggest interest in the case.
