How do you get the "HOT" Symbol next to your Username in the Search/browse feature?

You lose it if you make any changes to your profile too.

Actually...once you reach the "hot" status...you never lose it.
However, if you make a change on your profile, it will instead say "updated" instead of "hot". That is only temporary, and if left unchanged for awhile (I'm not sure how long)....then it'll revert back to "hot".

Just cause you are labeled "Hot" doesn't mean you are "NOT" Ohh wait HOT or NOT that is a different site - LOL
Guess it is better to be "UPDATED" rather then NOT HOT

Thanks thoughtgarden for correcting us we always thought when you changed profile the hot went away guess that explains why ours seems to always return after awhile we thought we just got more hits after lol.
Yes, that is correct.... you must obtain 1000 unique views to get the HOT symbol. That is however, over-ridden when you update your profile. The update symbol shows people that you are actually keeping your information fresh and is pretty important so it over rides HOT. That lasts about a week then goes away and your HOT symbol reappears.
