Going to Iraq under the pretenses that we did, was a mistake. I admit that everyone believed that Iraq had WMD's. What I don't agree with is Bush's haste to go in before the UN was done and using 9/11 has a fuckin excuse as well, as the attacks were carried about by Saudi Arabians. Al Qaeada is presently being harbored by Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia just to name a few, yet we've spent 240+ Billion a year on a war that we already won. Bush tried to pass legislation in Iraq to have the Oil privatized so that he and his fucktard friends at big oil can swoop in a take a fuckin bite (Steal) out of Iraq's oil. Let's not pretend that we are currently in the country of Iraq to liberate it's people.
For those of you with a strong stomach and a need to know the reality of the war and what people in Iraq are actually seeing from us there, take a look at this video:

If you notice, the pilot spots 4 individuals allegedly with weapons. He asks permission to engage, then engages two after the group breaks up, losing sight of the other two. A little while later, two other individuals come into view and they size one up for a weapon. In his infinite wisdom and eagle eyesight, the pilot claims that the person has a weapon. In reality, any person can see, that this is a fucking woman grieving over the remains of the first engagement. What is preceived by the pilot, to be a weapon, is actually a woman holding her the shawl part of her garmets. You can also plainly see just by the way she's walk it's a woman. She is just going to hug the man running to her when they are both killed!!!
This is why many Iraqis are fucking taking arms against us as an invader. You don't see this shit on FOX News, because they know it'll ruin public support just like th videos coming out of vietnam did. We don't need to be actively engaging anyone. If we "need" to be there, we need to be set-up in the open desert, training them how to do it themselves. American bases in an open desert would make it harder for them to strike. We should only be defending remote bases from attack. That way they have to expose themselves to attack, also dropping the civilian casualties because we wouldn't be in among the populous for them to hide behind civilians. We need to be out of their way of life and show them how to win their freedom. If enough of them want it, they can take it!
We do not need to be in Iraq for another 100 fucking years and that's exactly what McCain says should probably happen despite even Bush saying a withdrawl is looking necessary. We don't need another moron like Bush in Office. We need someone that'll fucking get our people out of there and focus on the real terrorists.

Yeah we <u>didn't wait</u> and there were none. No proof to this date. We have no intell (satellite images) showing him moving anything either. Let's not forget that while I'll admit, many people believed he may have them, to include the democrats, Bush and Blair were the only ones not willing to wait for the U.N. Most democratss and all of our other allies were condemning us for our haste and we were wrong.
