Install the "Desktop Manager" from the CD which came with your BB or download it from:

Sinc your BB to your PC. Go to "Media Manager." Transfer the video to your computer or play it from there.
NOTE: The program will ask you for the password while you are connecting to your BB from your PC. If your pasword number to access your BB is 1234 your password will be "wers" always in lowercase.
