Most of our emails are coming from members that are "out of state" and have NO interest in traveling to our state at all. Receiving these emails are just a waste of our time.
Is there a way to discourage such emails. It is getting to be very frustrating.
Thank You.

Looked at your profile.. Looks like you've already figured out what it takes.. Simply tell people. If you still get out of state email send a canned reply that says " I'm sorry you have got us by mistake. You are not from Within 100 miles (or whatever you choose) and in our profile we meant for contacts to ONLY be within parameters specified. This is our preference right now and may change in future, but for now that is it. Have a great day"
This is not rude and lets them know that their email was not appreciated. It also keeps the door open for future contact..

That happens to us a lot. No doubt someone is surfing and comes across the profile. We usually say thanks for the interest but we don't ever seem to get into your neck of the woods and leave it at that !!! They usually get the point then.
