We went to Tastebuds several years ago. It use to be an off-premise dance held at a hotel on Sourth Orange Blossom Trail. Not the best of neighborhoods at night.
Things may have changed. Disney has really pushed Orlando to clean up it's adult entertainment industry. If you find any good places be sure to post a review.

I recommend trying out ranch4play. It's a really nice, clean outdoors club. They have a pretty nice dance and sound setup, and the hot tub is always nice. Plus they even have a buffet. There's always quite a few good looking people out on saturday nights, and the hosts are extremely courteous. I'd say it's your best bet for one night of all around fun.
