We are getting ready to complete the booty call part of the make over and would like to hear some suggestions from our members about a certain part of this feature. When you submit a booty call, you will be able to choose what level of booty you are seeking starting at something as simple as just a date all the way up to get right down to the sex. We would like to create some type of 'visual' representation of these levels. We've thought of a scale that shows on one end ice and on the other fire. What are your ideas?
how about a penis.....it starts soft....then if you really want sex its hard...lol it would go with the theme.
The fire and ice sounds cool...the penis reminds me of old Hustler mags when I was a teenager...when they did porn movie reviews, they rated it by a soft-full hard scale system LOL
guess it depends also on how much time and space you want to invest in it. You could really have some fun with it and at the same time designate what type of booty call you were looking for. Example:
Have a girl standing fully clothed. The more intense the booty call, the less she wears until she is naked. You could do the same with a guys picture or a couple
The girl could represent girls only.. the guy a mens only and the couple for couples.
You could even just use the couples undressing and moving along all the way to sexual positions.
Maybe a dumb thought.. but it hit us so we threw it out.

Perhaps another option would be to offer a blank text field, where the bootycallers can jot down some kind of a tagline as to what they're looking for?
Nothing to big or complex, "Hey, just looking to hangout tonight", or "Kids free night, who's up for spontaneous fun"....I think you get the idea.

You'll already be able to add some info on what you are looking for in detail but we wanted something visual as well.

its a very cool idea... yes the visual is a good idea but i did like the baseball diamond idea and whom you are trying to pick for batter lol .... i think its great that you are doing something like that

if a couple is allowed to play seprate, maybe there should be a way to designate that it is the male or female of the couple looking to play.
Just curious. is there a way to put the post on the booty call so that they come up in distance from you? Like for insatnce When we go to the booty call the first post at the top of the list would be the closest to us and then work away from us. Thought that might be cool
I think it would be helpful if you could add a way to weed out single male posts as those will dominate the section. So that way if you are not looking for them you would not have to wade through them.
Living in Utah I could care less that someone in California or Tennesee is looking for a hookup - I think there should be a way to set your own settings so that you can filter out what kind of bootie call you even want to receive.
For the member who said they wanted to be able to specify if they are playing alone from a couple. You can specify that yourself in the details section. That is what it is there for. To explain in detail exactly what you are looking for.

looks great.. now if there were only people close to us using it LOL
Just an idea, why not have the ability to filter out by what the poster is looking for? That way if say someone was looking for single males you could filter to only view the ones looking for that. (I know that isn't likely to be the case most of the time.) Let's face it, single guys far outnumber the couples and single ladies on this site or any other site of this type, however, they are also the least sought after. This way single guys could bypass the frustration of seeing all the hot couples that are not looking for a single guy. Just a suggestion.
The Booty call feature seems to be a good idea, but I'll be completely honest.. the single guys who have posts every single day is a real turn off.. If I were considering messaging one, the fact that I see him posting the next five days in a row is a deal breaker for me. But that's just my 2 cents..

Maybe the single guys shouldnt be in the default search... if you want a single guy you should have to select it to see it. It just makes it look like a single guy predator site when they all come up all the time unless you go and select couples first...
One other thing, I've seen plenty of profiles of people warning single guys, that pretend to be couples and then say the "wife" cant make it at the last minute, "not" to respond. But I've been surprised at how many guys have posted as a couple but announce they are looking to swing alone... interesting...

We agree with the two previous posters, the booty call section has to many single guys posting every single day. There is even one who is using a cpl profile but is just a single guy.
make booty calls expire, and make it so they can only have one day of booty calls at a time. So someone cannot put up a weeks worth of booty calls.
A booty call is a no plans last minute lets hang out type thing. If you have a week to plan, you don't need a booty call, if you cannot work something out in a week.....you have other issues.

WOW, some of these singles guys have higher hopes and bigger imaginations than I do. I am married to a nympho and dont get half as much as they are asking for. Hmmm, if it works, maybe I need to get a single guy profile and go out on a limb.
I THINK THIS BOOTY CALL THING IS GREAT! I PUT UP AN ADD WHEN I JUST NEEDED A DATE FOR THE NIGHT FOR A PLAY I WAS GOING TO. I would agree with a previous statement of not having the ability to post more than once for the days listed. Also why is it that you can post 6 days out? Seems like you need to pursue other ways of meeting someone when it is 4, 5, 6 days away. A Booty Call listing should be of a more spontaneous type of listing.
everywhere else on the site the name link goes to profile and the photo link goes to the public pictures, why is this not the same in bootycall? names are linked but photos are not. just a discontinuity in design I noticed
