Swingers Forum - Gummy and Uni are in the Hospital

Dear Friends
On Friday Uni, Gummy, and Uni

I just went and saw Uni and Gummy this morning in the hospital....they are in a lot of pain, but are doing as good as can be expected. They say to tell everyone they say hi and miss all of you and to please pray for Uni's mom...as she is not doing as good as they are.

Thanks MO and staci for the info, we will pray for Uni and Gummy. They are great people we will give them a call sometime this evening please keep us posted as well.. Hope Unis mom will recover as well. Its sad that such a tragedy could happen to great people.

it is a tragic time for this couple and we are sincerly sorry ofr this to happen at a time when they didn't need this. all of our prayers are with this couple and her mom we can try to help the best we can so if needed let us know and we will try our best. get well all of you and keep us posted on their updates niki and arturo get well soon!

Oh my. I have never met Uni in person but I have chatted with her alot in the video chat room. I am shaken/emotional that one of our own here in our swingular community has been hurt, and hurt so bad. I will keep Uni and Gummy and mom in my prayers. I hate to know that any of my frineds, swinging or not get hurt. I hope they have a speedy recovery.

If anyone knows where we can send a get well card or maybe even some support money, let us know.

I spoke to Gummy yesterday... To update his friends, this is what ive learned, Altho note that " He's sounding pretty lubricated " with all the pain killers they have in that place... I have no word on Moms condition, But I can Tell you all, that this will be no quick in & out recovery for either of our friends.... Gummy says their talkin about a YEAR, for his recovery & return to work, Aparently he has compleatly Shattered the bones in his foot. His Sweetheart, is likely looking at a long haul in physical theropy as well to recover... Lets all consider what that would mean in our own homes.... having both bread winners in todays economy laid out for the long term.... Friends in need follks! Those two never asked anything of us, Except our friendship... yet they offered and gave of their wealth consistantly ... Lets all "dig deep" & help these fine folks out eh?

We wish all the best for Uni and Gummy!
They are good people and better friends!
If they need anything please let us know and we will do everything in our power to help out.

T and I just got home from seeing them both at the hospital. Sean is looking ok under the circumstances and seems to be in good spirits, alot of work still in store for his leg, hopes to be home this weekend.

Uni is havin a bit tougher time. She is immobile, and needing to get her oxygen levels up, but on the lighter side, she was talkin up a storm

Keep sending the good thoughts and the prayers their way...It all helps.

I just wanted to give everyone an update as to how everyone is doing. Gummy went home on Thurs. Uni got tranferred to a rehab facility this morning. She will stay there until the swelling goes down and then they can evaluate her condition as far as if and when she can have surgery on her feet. Uni's mom was brought out of her coma and is opening her eyes and is able to move her toes. Thanks everyone for all your well wishes, as I know they appreciate them dearly.

One last note: They did have a roofing contractor go and finish the roof for them, it was completed today. They were contacted by this company after the last news story. It is wonderful how people really pull together in times of need.

We are so glad to see that you all are doing better than you were, glad to hear that uni's mom is out of the coma. This is scary and sad we have to do some repairs as well to our roof. Please let us know if we can do anything else other than the donation we are always here for you all . Dallis and Jon

even though we have never met them (we might have seen them at parties though) we hope they are doing well and they come back full strength. best wishes to all 3 of them.

No Don there was one up about a meet and greet for them and had the place and when... thats the one i was looking for, not this one. this one is just about them being hurt and what happen. But thank you
