Seems to be working fine. 
i have a mac laptop and the chat interface gives me fits.
No trouble here things youll need to do are enable session cookies
update adobe flash player
clear your cache and cookies

other pc just winblows vista no sp
have most recient adobe flash www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer
if its not working still tell us what browser and version
and give us the error message you recieve
