We have received feedback from a few members who say that Swingular.com needs to be 'FUNNER!' After racking our brains to find what we think would make Swingular funner, we have decided to get direct feedback from our own members. Please let us know here what you think we should do to Swingular.com to make it funner. One member mentioned that we have a monthly photo contest. We have tried this in the past and it seems that the participation was too small, maybe now that the membership base has grown, should we implement it again? What else?

The photo contest is a great idea! I also notice on other sites that they have a birthdays page or something like it. I think that would be a great idea.
The Birthday announcement page may be something we could do. Maybe even send out a Happy Birthday gift on someones birthday.
Don't know that if it would make the site any more fun, but filtering through the forums (escpecially the travel section) removing the old/outdated/unrelated postings now and again would make it easier to find others who are going to be on the road, too.....those meetings can be fun

Well...you asked, so I'll answer. As a veteran swinger and a member of several sites, I don't need gimicks, contests, prizes or giveaways. If I want bowling, golfing, fishing, boating, or basket weaving buddies, I'll join a yahoo group. I'm here to meet like minded adults who are serious about this lifestyle. Get rid of the "blow a kiss" feature. Make your membership take the time to write a few lines. A written message can tell one so much more about the couple contacting you. It will tell you if they got past the pictures and truly read the profile. It will also tell you if they are literate, or at least semi literate. I'm tired of going to my mailbox only to find a "kiss" from clear across the country from a person I know I'm never going to meet. That also ties into the "somebody likes you" messages from people who don't even have a private album and are only hoping you show them yours. Spend your valuable resources improving the contents of the profiles. Make it easier for members to know more about the prospective contact, or about those contacting you. Also, a central mailing feature would be great! Especially for parties or gatherings. Create one invitation and check off those you wish to invite from a master data base and they all get they invite, with a reply key for easy response.
well, we thought the "blow a kiss" feature was a good idea at first, you could let someone know you liked their profile when you probably wouldn't write. but now we got to go with nyky on it, getting sick and tired of finding most of the messages are meaningless kisses. and we do have a few annoying people blocked, but that doesn't stop their kisses from clogging up the mailbox.
other than that, got no complaints about the way you run the site, especially like the picture fun forums. we also like the fact you can post a lot of pictures, and post a link to your profile. but you got to do new things every now and then, or things will stagnate. photo contests are a good idea.

Our suggestion is to remove members that have not logged into the site for more than 8 months.
Since there are so many holidays Maybe you could have contests according to the holiday comming up...dont forget to include the guys, we like the spotlight too.

I've got an idea how about putting a search feature on the forums section. That way you could search for things by topic.
Well... first of all the chat room needs audio that works..
We could accually have alot more features on the personal webpage.. such as our favorite types of music and things we like to do.. our stories.. Fetishes we have... stuff like that.. not just a large view of our profile you know? Let us change the "theme" of the personal webpage so it can also LOOK different, like if we could download our own backround. Make it so it can be much different then our profile and let us customise it otherwise there is no point in it wasting space on the site. Also maybe larger photo albums.. that would be fun.

I think Swingular is great fun. I have chatted with some wonderful people here. I think in order to make it more fun then more people should get involved in the chatroom. There are alot of fun people in there and we welcome anyone who wants to join.
The only other ideas i have would be a place to post erotic stories or maybe homemade movies... whoo hooo..
Maybe a greeting section that has Birthday greetings, Valentines day etc.. So you could send them to members for holidays etc..

The ability to add movies would be great. Another suggestion would be to the ability to have sound on the webcam's either for the entire chat or the ability for a few members to go into a private session with webcams without having to leave swingular and have sound there. A better Im feature for the site would be great aswell.
I also would like to see a button or something added so we can see the members who have visisted and viewed our profile.
