We are looking to raise capital to open a new upscale lifestyle-friendly night club in downtown Salt Lake City. This private club will cater to the lifestyle and be similar in look and feel to Habits however it will not be considered a swing club. We already have the location picked out and will be ready to move once we get the needed funding.
