Syn, nice tits!
Lifestyles has just opened a new resort in Cozumel. Looks like a super nice
place besides being a lifestyles destination. Have not been there but have
booked many times with Lifestyles to other places and they pack in a fun big crowd.

we have some friends who just went to Temptations (adult only/topless) in Cancun. we are planning a trip there next March!
It all depends on what you are looking for, we have been to Desire several times now along with several other resorts in the area. Returning in August to both cozumel and Desire. We own and opperate TCI Travel here in Park City and are all about personal one on one service. We would be happy to discuss all your options anytime. feel free to email us and we'll give you are contact info.

Just to clearify Desire is a "lifestyle couples only resort" clothing optional and Temptations is a adult only topless. Both resorts are owned and opperated by the same company. Desire is more erotic Temptation more spring break. Again just depends on what U want.
I second ken and Barbie's palace resorts adventura spa palace. You two are going to miss out this year! it is the premium place to stay. top shelf liquor good food, nice clean and well maintained. all inclusive including the day trips and entertainment. It is pretty tame as far as adult xxx stuff but you are pampered.

Sep is still in huricane season but just purchase trip insurance and you will be covered. Other then that Sep is a fine time to go plus it is cheaper then too.
Hidden beaches resort 90mins south is a great all inclusive lifestyle resort with its parent resort just over the wall for the vanilla folks, this is nice as you can slip past the wall and drop your thong and enjoy! We go down twice a year and meet the best people from the states and Europe there!
A less expensive AI resort that is a blast is Blue Bay Getaway in Cancun. We have stayed at 3 AIs (Blue Bay, Secrets Capri and Royal Palace (blech))and Blue Bay has surprisingly good food. It is clothing optional at the pool and Nice Shoes bar where very x-rated games take place on a nightly basis. The party never stops there but the beach is man-made and only marginal. However, it was a blast and if you want to get naughty, you can, if you don't you will still have a great time. Secrets Capri is an all adults but not lifestyle resort that is to die for. The place is great for just married or anniversary visits. The food is awesome it is plush, top shelf drinks, great spa and the service is impeccable. The Royal Palace sucked. Don't stay there unless you like boiled meats (it is a little piece of London I think).
We have also rented a house in Solomon Bay (about 10 minutes in between Tulum or Akumal depending where you are coming from. The beach is secluded (only about 20 total houses on the whole beach, with a non-motorized vehicle lagoon/reef where snorkling is fantastic. We were there the end of Septermber 2007 and the weather was perfect. Rain every evening, but cool enough that a non-AC house was fine, and I hate it when it is hot. Even though AIs are fun, it is pretty cool to have your own place, and bbq to cook your own food and drink what you want. I think the only AI we'd do in the future is Secrets, so. . . if you are adventurous, it is a great time outside of the rush of Cancun and you have a lot of privacy, hint hint.
The chances of getting a Hurricane in the area, even during Hurricane season is pretty slim.
So, no matter what you do, you should have a great time and there are plenty of places to get naked if you want. Have a great time!

(P.S. we rented a house just south of Akumal in June and we can't wait, it does have AC)
