Well, it's true.
However, as backwards as Utah may be...at least they haven't banned sex toys like some other States have tried (or succeeded) to do. No...instead, we've passed meaningful laws and legislation. Like Ronald Regan day. And standing united behind the word "god" in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Yes. That's what I pay taxes for.
Meaningful Legislative Bling.
Now if we could just get rid of that damn Alcoholic Soda-Pop that's menacing our children then we'd be able to move from "Pretty Great State" to "Great State" and maybe...JUST MAYBE Jesus would finally come back and take us all to Disneyland.

I have to voice my opinion on this one. I don't know what happened at Spensers as far as the raid goes...
I have been a distributor for Slumber Parties for almost 7 years, so I am obviously not opposed to the good stuff in life! However, I have been into Spensers and they display items on their shelves such as Goodhead, Bullets, Edible panties and other stuff. Now this is all stuff I carry so I know what it is, however my 10 year old daughter does not. I'd kinda like to keep it that way for a few more years!
I was in there one day and over heard to teenage girls..maybe 14ish talking and giggling about bullets and one telling her friend what they are for. I personally think that stores in the mall should not be able to sell items of a sexual nature. Kids can walk in and see and or purchase (I don't know if they would sell that stuff to a minor). At the very least it should be kept in an area designated for 18 and over.
The average age of kids having sex is 12 years old! TWELVE!!! Do we really need to enable them anymore???
Just my 2 cents!

I agree with Hottie. Kids should not be subject to this. Spencers is a fun store in general. I remember going in as a kid. I don't remember seeing bullets, eggs, and assorted items way back then. They have expanded their stock quite a bit it sounds. Perhaps they should stick with the more nuetral items like the gag gifts.
However, where is the line? I hate being in WalMart or Borders and see the magazines covered up. Does Cosmo really need to be covered by black plastic? I can see Playboy being covered but Cosmo. Sheesh.
Happy V-Day!

you know as a dad I take grate care to keep our toys away from our kids, and can't take the chance thay find them. We have two boys that blush at the mags on the rack at the store, the first thing thay would do is go tell there pals at school. That just ends up with cps at the door!

So do you think they will auction off the confiscated articles, like they do when the confiscate a drug dealers car?
Can see it now..." I got this dildo for peenies on the dollar at the police auction!" LOL J

I know....its pennies not peenies!
