Playtime... I haven't talked to you guys in like for ever... letme know what you guys are planning....
We have enjoyed going to Pleasure Palace many times, even since the new management took over! (Brandon, FL...smidgen east of Tampa) Haven't made it to Club Elite yet, but we have plans to do so. Have heard it's a fun place. We live 3 hrs. north...consider it worth the drive & expense of spending the night.
Ok guys... Alt to tastebuds................ screen the single guys... Jesus, the last time we went there my girl friend and I started making out... when we looked there were 3 single guys jacking off to us... One asked my GF to dance she said no thank you am with someone.... then he came back again... interrupted us and asked again... this time her voice was firmer... she said no ty... he got mad and started telling her off saying well you didn't have to be so rude, we ignored him and he started raising his voice... that's when our hubbies stepped in and asked what the problem was... It seems to me that they let anyone from the street walk in there... there was a woman with a mumu and no shoes on the dance floor... I guess if you have something as to screening the SM.. then your club will be a huge success... OH another thing... the carpet was disgusting and the smell that came from that place was horrible... it smelled like a room full of mildew.....so CLEAN IS ALSO AN A+
Hey BiCouple! You are so right! The last time we were there was our last. We would suggest Pleasure Palace in Tampa. We have had some good times there. There are 2 more clubs there that we haven't checked out yet. One is Night Moves2 and the other is Club Elite. We do have some friends that still go to Tastebuds and we miss them, but for us it is too much grossness to go. 
Thank you everyone who chimed in on this. Again, nothing against TB, but seems that their only interest now is making money and not caring about the rift-raft they allow in. So, for all of us that enjoy a clean and relaxing emvironment, let's try to come up with a new "hot-spot" to take over.
Just so everyone knows, Club Tastebuds has undergone, and is undergoing, some changes to address the very problems you're talking about.
They have implemented a strict dress code, no long allowing in "Street Wear"; hats, baggy pants and shorts, athletic wear, etc. They are also cracking down on the number of single guys, and how they behave. The crowds the past couple of months have "classed up" as well. They've also done quite a bit of remodeling, they rotate DJ's, now have attractive female bartenders, and an attractive female hostess.
We were last there in November (we come from Fort Lauderdale) and the changes were evident. We had a blast!
We've also been told the Heritage Hotel has a new owner and he intends to do quite a bit on work on the rooms as well.
You might wanna give the place another chance. Just our 2-cents.

here is our response we like the "PlayGr0und", its cool place to meet couples and have fun,this is on the east side of orlando , nsb, just a fun place , check it out

The single guys are the lifeblood of the clubs...They pay HUGE amounts of money to get in...And that is how you get in cheap and the single females get in for free...
We have run into more problems with married men thinking that they brought someone with them so they have the right...But that is another forum topic...
When ANYONE, not just a man, gives you a problem, report them...they will be banned...It is that simple...And once one or two get banned, the rest will fall in line...
We enjoy ourselves at TB, but we rarely go, as we are over 100 miles from there..It is a little dirty and stinky...but having been to many other places...they most all are...just our experience...

We would like to see a nice upscale club in the area that is clean. Must have a nice dance floor and events to keep people coming back. Each of the clubs in this area have problems with not putting any money back into their investments and running them into the ground.
We go to ranch4play it is a really clean place and they limit sengles and really are strict on them!
Some one metioned the Orlando House... A lot of my friends go there... actually they used to be regulars at the playgroud and so was I.... My fist swing club was The Playground and I had a blast... when I first saw the place I wanted to run ... I mean run... but I said fuck it am here am going in.... The host Ron and Kim treated us very nice and we felt so comfy... but also felt like fresh meat since a lot of regulars (clicks) go there every week.... I have my reasons for not going there anymore and I would not say because I really appreciate how the owners treated us... But some of the friends that I met there left... they started going to the Orlando House and they said they would never go back to the Playground... They said the on Saturdays is cpls nights... so very few SM are allowed... like I said I never been there but that is what I was told....and that the place is very classy and clean....
As for the couple that mentioned about the single guys being there.... yes I agree... we love to have single guys there... but when the ration of single to cpls is greatter.... I don't think so... sausage is good but too much gives me an upset stomach
The first and the last time I went to TB was in end June beggining of July 07... I remember the DJ saying over the mic that the dress code was going to change... and as one cpl stated, am glad they have done so... But are they cutting the ratio of single males and if not, as a club, do they have now more bouncers because we tried finding one the day that we went to tell them about the RUDE SM and there was none to be found

Fantasy house in Deland is smaller but real nice couple runs it is clean and we always have fun there. Have not been but friends like ranch for play also near deland. And also heard lovers lane in kissemi is good. Now after saying all that we never did like tastebuds always had bad experience with facilities and management. Plus all these others are on premises.
