There are so many different products out there for us guys that it can be confusing,
and the best reviews are always from people who actually use the products.
So what's the best for you or what do you prefer?

It's all snake oil, IMO. Why do you think they list it as a "supplement"?
Are you talking about over the counter, or perscription? I can tell you from recreational use (and I do not advocate this for anyone else, and not suggesting anyone else do this) that Cialis works like a champ. It will keep you hard for hours, and will help you get immediately hard right after cumming. And I know someone is going to shoot back I can do that now (good for you), but at 40 I don't bounce back that quickly so I wanted to know if this stuff really worked and I can tell you it does. Do your own research, but I agree that the stuff smiling Bob is pushing and the OTC stuff is snake oil, but the perscription stuff is made to do nothing but increase blood flow. Don't know if this is what you were after or not.
Think they are talking more about the products that claim that they increase your penis length and/or girth if you think you have a small penis and would like to increase the size of it.
Cant give any advice here..no complaints so far..lol. long enough, and girth rocks!
Haven't had any complaint so far. As long as there are none from your significant other I wouldn't even consider them. Most have some fucked up side effects that aren't worth it.
tried the smiling bob one. I swear it does something. not a huge differenct but seems to do something. they have it at walmart, just try a little and see. would like to hear of others experiences.
J&J
tried the big V and it amplifies the hangover for sure but if you just take a little recovery is good as mentioned.

Only to your wallet they do.
Still they like to hang the word "natural" around it because in America, it sells with that word

Short of girth enhancement (surgery) and getting the connecting ligament cut and re-attached in a lower position (flaccid length enhancement) there are no true and known forms of length or girth enhancement.
Increasing blood flow is key, lowering your blood pressure if its high, lowering your cholesterol if its high, getting regular exercise (proper BMI) and a lot of sleep should all improve your performance.
Like other posters have said, Cialis, Viagra and Levitra have great effects and the supplement L-Arginine does wonders also.
Good Luck

But those are invasive and non-natural processes. People want a quick easy fix and so they are tempted by the "natural" methods that are touted around. Seems like in America, if you tack the word "natural" to a product, it will get more attention. Lead and Arsenic are also natural. I doubt either is good for the body.
Of the 3 FDA approved drugs, if I were to choose, I would take Cialis. Why? Think economics. Viagra and Levitra both have a terminal half lie of approximately 4 hours. Cialis has a terminal half life of approximately 17.5 hours. Which do you think gives you more bang for your buck?
Implication in contributing to risk of death from heart disease
A recent Johns Hopkins study testing the addition of L-arginine to standard postinfarction treatment has implicated L-arginine supplementation with an increased risk of death in patients recovering from heart attack.[7] This study has been discussed in some detail in : "Reverse Heart Disease Now" by Stephen T Sinatra MD and James C Roberts MD, publ. Wiley 2006 ISBN 0-471-74704-1 at pp 111 -113.
