whats up with the so called ADMINISTRATORS?? i have sent 2 emails to them about changing my relationship status and they havent even read them!!!!!! i know that they have been on since i sent the emails because thay sent out a happy thanksgiving message!! is anyone else haveing the same problems??
That is not fair to say that he caters to people in Utah. We are from Utah and our emails don't get answered either. I agree that some things are left unattended to, but we try to be patient.
we have the sameproblem we sent an email months ago asking about our vip statis we did everything you supposed to for vip years ago and still havent got that.plus back in 2004 when we sighned up we brought people to the sitre whois still on here and was supposed to be paid for it and never seen it then the rules change onreferraing people so who knows.

The customer service absolutely sucks to hell. I've met some really kewl people from this site, but sometimes this place can be aggravating. I've been sending emails to the administrator to solve an issure that I have been having for a few months now. I would have gotten better service if I had written the email on a piece of paper and flushed it down the toilette. Whew. It feels good to vent.

I have to admit to the problems to... I have been trying to e-mail support for a banner exchange for months and the e-mail comes back !!!! I have written the admin. and never get a responce ... I have several banners on my site that I will take down ... Someone must be maintaining the site, Events are being posted and wish our March Madness at Hedo III Trip could be posted on events . We are dissapointed in the support given here.

Like resurrecting it will also bring life back into the chatroom?
Let us not forget exactly what the events were and the people associated with those events that put the old relic to rest, and why it was eventually put out of service (ahem...you all that caused THAT drama know who you are).
I actually haven't found that this don't think this new applet runs THAT much slower than the old one did.
I still have to intermintently reload the applet because it lags.
The more people that utlilize it bog it down, just like the old one.
Yes, it may consume somewhat more bandwidth, but it has good days and bad days..just like the old one.
In the "old days" with the older applet, it wasn't the software that made it fun, it was the people, our friends that made it worthwhile.

TRIXIEE911 i joined this site 4 years ago so i didnt jump the gun!! and why should i have to pay more money for something when all it takes is a couple key strokes on the ADMINISTRATORS side of things?? we pay THEM to keep this site up and running smoothly, and what are they doing with OUR money?? i can only assume but its not anything to do with this site as far as i can see!!
People now realize how many people our on this site, not to mention the nutjobs they have to deal with. "Can't we all just get along?".....lol. I know it seems like it is just for Utah people and if it was all of us that do not live there would have never been let in to become members. This is coming from a single male in Sin City oh la la.

Now we realize we were confused about how interaction with Administration happens on this site. So now we have actively increased our meditative practices to better enhance our telepathic ability, to enable us to better receive the responses we are seeking.
It hasn't worked, but it has helped with our level of acceptance and we are a great deal more relaxed about the process.

we dont complain lol we got our lifetime membership free for christmas 3 or 4 years ago by being one of the first 100 that signed on during a 1 hour period lol so someone said you get what you pat for lol ... but we have to say that the site has been fun and we have met a few good people here as well .. and we sent a photo when we first signed up to be validated as well and never got it .. but oh well the ones we have met know we are real so i guess thats the part that really matters ..
