What should happen to individuals who post as couples here but really are single males jerking off to photos. If you report it the Web Master what is their responsibility in investigating and removing them from the site. Are criminal charges valid under the terms & conditions here... Should they pursue legal avenues on all the members behalf..

Although we agree with your post, the truth of the matter is that sites like Swingular need fakes, single guys, etc, for revenue in order to keep the site up and running. Unfortunately that means for those of us who are real we will have to continue to weed out the phonies.
