ME!!!! OMG ME! I have a rarely used membership to Swingular and I know that a big - huge- reason that I use another sight is because of everything I read in the forums. Sadly most of what I read just makes me want to stay in the shadows forever and not meet members from this sight. I know I could choose to not read - but much like a train wreck I feel compelled to and then I shake my head and wonder WHY....

yea I am getting sick of seeing it on about everyother post I read. That dude needs to just "throw in the towel" and say I give, and if its that big of deal to him give up his membership and find a differant site.

I politely say, "Get rid of him"! Anyone throwing out threats and retaining attorneys, contacting the ACLU etc, has a huge huge piece of sand in their pussy. Very tired of his threats, spam and his external links promoting his cause.

What would he be "giving in" to? He has free speech. This all started because he was disputing my free speech. He didn't like what I said. I could care less what he says or thinks about me. What I care about is that he is flooding the forum, which degrades the user's ability to navigate the site. He is punishing everyone on the site because he's mad at me for writing the way I want to. If he would just let it go, he may just be able to salvage a decent social interaction on the site.

I agree with you that he should be removed, if he degrades the site to the point of unuserfriendly frustration, because they have to fish through this guys spam to read on-topic material.

I know bro. I just don't get it. To be honest, I would like to see the guy just settle down and stay. There really is no need for the guy to take this shit so seriously. A lot of people read what I say and giggle, some don't give a fuck and still others hate me. <b>HATE ME!?</b> many of these individuals, having never met me in person. I am cool with it though. I don't lose sleep when people write things that offend me. I just think of something witty to say back. I write in the swingular forum to let my frustrations out, to have a laugh, to interact with those I find interesting and then I leave and don't think about it until I return again. It's an escape for me. Am I missing something?
