Ya and Birthdays are not coming up either. B had one on Monday and it never showed up. WTF is going on.
As a former admin/moderator on another forum, my only guess is that this place has occasional server problems. Since I have read that the admin people take a "hands off" approach, the server probably goes through an automatic reset every night and things get back to normal after the maintenance reset.
With all the new members and pictures being posted, I am wondering if there is a storage/capacity limit on the server that this company owns/uses and data gets dumped on a regular basis. Just a curiousity comment.

Forum software can be touchy and when you add in all the "extras" offered on this one, there's a lot to maintain.
Something that everyone should do when they leave the site is to always log out and close their browser. Don't just close the browser. Never stayed logged in.
For those of you who are having identity problems, change your password in your profile, log out, clear your cache, temporary internet files, close your browser, and then log back in again. Sometimes this clears up the problems.
Firefox is notoriously impossible to work with on forums. So is Opera (not even sure it is used anymore, and Yahoo has so many firewall protections it usually locks people out b/c of site content!). Also, if you are using AOL, one of the issues with accessing, posting pictures, ID and logging on could be b/c you are accessing through the Internet portal through AOL. Solution: minimize the AOL window, and open Internet Explorer and access this site directly that way. Usually that solves most security problems.
IE and Safari (for the MAC users) have the best interface.

We were beginning to think it was something on our end for some reason we can no longer upload photos it says "photo uploaded successful yet no photo appears yet we up load photos on other sites with no problem we are running "Firefox" is anyone one else having this type of problem with this site?

I use Firefox and IE for this site and when I have problems, it doesn't matter which one I'm using, it shows up on both. But currently I'm not having issues, but I'm not doing much more than surfing forums and e-mailing back and forth at the moment.
That's the same problem I was having a couple of days ago. One day no photos would post, and then the next day, no problem posting photos. I cleaned out my temp internet files and tried posting a different photos and everything worked fine.
I have always had problems on every forum with Firefox. And as an Admin, we troubleshooted more problems with members using Firefox than another other browser until Yahoo! came into the picture with all their "security firewalls and child protection blockers."
Make sure that you have popups okay'd for this site.

It is simply a maintenance issue, they either do the maintenance at times you are trying to get in or they do not maintain enough...My experience is that all sites have problems on and off, something that frustrates, but is something that needs to be put up with...
At least this site is not as bad as others (cough cough AFF cough cough) and they charge HUGE fees to be members...

pics are'nt working again????? I know the servers were reset and it seemed to work fine for a couple of days ,but here we go again. Anyone else????????? Please say this isn't just us..
