We had friends over for a house party this weekend and one of the attractive ladies was complaining about having to wear padded bras and I asked why would you do that. She is very worried about being percieved as being to small. Our feelings is that there is nothing to small and our personal taste keeps us away from breasts that are way to big for the frame of the lady. I think this is one of sociology's favorite questions - who and what do we base our self image on - and our perception of others. Plenty of my straight, female friends are more concerned with being judged on looks by other women than by men. There's all kinds of studies on what kind of "plumage" is most attractive in humans but I don't know if I've ever heard of one that cuts across all cultural boundaries. I would expect physical reproductive health as the most basic attractive quality - but it's hard to say with people being so intellectual.... some people want their progeny to live on as a lineage of intellect. My personal opinion is that no lady should be judged on her breast size. All womens breasts are beautiful. Personally I prefer smaller breasts but would never let that be a determining factor in a relationship or play. Actually I don't really care about size, its the nipples that I really love.

To answer the question, It Depends on the viewer. Some men can't have it too big, some like it a certain size, shape, etc, etc. For a guy who likes big ones, he'd have one response. For a guy whose thing is nipples, he might not care. So, it depends on the viewer. All hard to say.
