2 sticks of butter melted into a pan over low heat
2 oz of vineger
1 oz of lemon juice
1 oz of A1
1 oz of Worchestechire
salt and pepper to your liking
onion powder pinch or 2
garlic powder pinch or 2
sweet paprika 1 tbl sp
chile powder as much as you like
hot sauce (your choice) as much as you want
let mixture come to a slow boil, wisk at all times
if you stop here you have a great B B Q sauce
now add tomato paste, 3 to 4 oz and stir (thickens the sauce)
deep fry wings and add this to a container and shake
repeat last step until all your wings are done.
