We try to balance the number of shots in our public photos, but it just doesn't always turn-out that way. It just seems that I'm taking more of my wife than she of me. In our private shots there is definitely more of her for that reason.

Some people "wife-bait" also or the guy feels his job is "too public" and won't show himself, but showing his wife is just fine... Like, anyone looking for their neighbors and coworkers on one of these sites who knows him won't recognize his wife. :l In allot of cases he's using his wife to bait other's because they feel they have a better chance at meeting others using her than him.

Personally, we think we come as a couple, so that's how we want to portray ourselves.

Why are the Men ashamed? Why are the women ashamed of their men? Whichever the case may be.
I hate having to ask "do you have any pics of your male half?" it sounds shallow, but it really does matter to me (Mrs) what he looks like. I need to know hes not the elephant man.
And Tami your right, whats up with only having one pic on your profile? I hope you guys are not sitting around wondering why you don't get any action.
For me, if you only have one pic and its not a face shot of both of you, I would pass you by just like if you had no pics. People lie on their profiles, pics is all that you have that's real (enough) to get a feel for who your talking to.
My male half is not a gargoyle, but he still hates his picture taken, we still have them on our profile, and they are all current. And ya, hes pretty hot if I do say so myself!!

Call it "Wife Baiting" or marketing, it's none-the-less logical. Hot women sell. Think of it this way. When you go out, do you go out as you are or do you give your best? Do you groom yourself up and look good for your date or prospects? As a couple, you do the same thing. You show the best side first. Its human nature. You don't fart in front of your date. Hey I just compared myself to a fart! You don't talk to her while you are taking a piss on the phone. There are a lot of things people do the market themselves. I think if you are going to call it "Wife Baiting", it would be come one that is only will to show the wife in pics and not just the wife on their main pic.

I have ceased caring what others, aside from my wife, think of me. I am who I am. I have a smokin hot wife, so I don't need to impress anyone. If they're not attracted to me, I don't care. They will be in a position of not being attractive to someone one day as well. We all will. So I have focused my attention elsewhere. Intellect and personality are huge. Individuals that are hung up on fleeting aethetics usually lack both. I know, that's just the shit that ugly people say right? LOL. Bottom line is, when it comes to social status and class etc. I could give a fuck. I pay no attention to shallow close-minded shit like that. I am here to meet people that think outside the box. Those that fuck outside their wife's box, is a good enough place to start as any.

Well no matter how troll-like us guys may be, or even if there are some that "market" their wives to drum up business...one thing is certain; we are the ones these beauties opted to marry!

We are pretty much the same as most couples here. I, the male half, am behind the camera 99% of the time. Because I LOVE it. I took photo courses for film years ago and just recently learning the wonderful world of digital. I have an excellent model in my wife, and I'm going take all the pics that she will let me.

Hmm..you got me thinking now. Maybe I could figure out a self portrait..maybe something like vermeer..:!

Thanks J. Thats a real compliment coming from you. Of course, a DSLR makes a world of a difference. We consider these pics stepping stones though. We find that we want to spend half of our weekends looking for places to take pics..lol

Well, for me, the Mr., meeting someone for play (especially a female someone) is far more important to her than to me. Also, I know who falls near the "troll" category, so therefore know who would be of more interest to others.

It then becomes a case of put up whats of more interest and not so much of what isn't. And since I am straight and she's bi and looking hard for f2f play, any couple interested in "us" is going to have both partners checking her out and giving me just the quick glance. I'm more like the garnish on the plate verses part of the entree. You can be hungry as hell but, to get to the real food, you have to deal with the garnish first. Lol
