This is a question that I have wanted to ask for a long time. When I was looking through todays forum topic of "Penetration shots" I saw at least 4 pics in the first 2 pages of women riding bare on a cock that was clearly not their husbands, 2 of them stated "my husband took this pic..." ect.
I'm not stating right or wrong I would just like to know how common it is not to have your invited guest use a condom and what are some of the requirments you have to allow this since it obviously happens.

I think this is another preference thing. It is obvious why a fertile couple would want to use latex condoms. However, since condoms do not prevent disease, they only reduce ones chances of contracting certain diseases, I can see why we don't all use them. Not being in a long term monogamous relationship or abstaining from sex, puts you at risk of catching STD's. Since we are all, as swingers, willing to roll the dice to fulfill our fantasies and derive our pleasures, it's safe to say that some of us are willing to "up the stakes". We, TR, prefer using them, but feel that our odds are still pretty good of contracting certain diseases, namely HPV, even if we do use them. What amazes us is the amount of people that still put 100% faith in condoms. We'll continue taking everything with a large grain of salt. Especially any information coming from the medical world. Afterall the CDC, FDA and Big Pharm have all been so forthcoming, upfront and honest with us. I never fully trust anyone that has financial interest. The bottom line is that, as swingers, we are all adding to the spread of disease by sharing multiple partners. Those that refrain from condom usage are just choosing a better sensation and orgasm over their safety.

Yes I agree, I see way too many pics on here with no condom use. R U KIDDING? When we went to Swingers club, here in Miami, we saw people having sex without them. TOO high risk for us. NO condom, no play.... To each its own, but, BE CAREFUL.
Personally, unless I know the people very very well, and know that they are safe, I ALWAYS always always wear a condom... even though I don't like them much.
Great question!
Great question!
KUDOS!
I myself have been on both sides of the issue, hence the question. We have had a long term relationship with another couple that was exclusive only to the 4 of us. After a while and getting to know them and the revelation that we were the only extracurricular activity in their lives and them in ours as well as the fact that both of us ladies are surgically safe from pregnancy, our hubbys got to ride bare back all the time.
As for Don's comment on better "O's" without the condom, I will have to agree. Another negative for me is the taste,YUCK! I like to bounce back and forth from riding to sucking and I would much rather taste myself than a condom.

Here it is NO GLOVE....NO LOVE and that is the ONLY way we will do it.
As a medical professional I agree with Don, condoms does not stop HPV. If you wanted to do that you would have to wear at least three of them.
The only way not to get HPV and STDs is to practice abstainning or have a mongamous relationship. So know your partners and be careful.

As I go throw the profiles on this site I see picks of oral sex with no gloves ore any thing one so to add one more question to this form is oral sex ok with out pertaction my self I don
We always keep a Glad Lawn & Leaf bag handy. We figure if we're going to go all the way, we're suitin up in a full body glove! We just cinch the top and dive in! It's a lot of fun. It's better too if you buy the scneted bags. Then, you can smell cinnamon or vanilla while you are parting the hairs.. So, go bag you a babe and let me know how it turns out..

For us it really depends on who it is.
Most of the time a Condom is a must...
But there are some people (whom we've known along time) and undercertain circumstances whom we go bare with - (its kinda needed for us to play out one of our favorite fantasys).

It is amazing to us how many people actually believe that condoms mean safe sex. Condoms are only 85% effective. In other words, 15 times out of 100, they will break and leak, even if it is a break you cannot see. Believe it or not, pubic hair will tear a condom. And, if you shave, your stubble is even sharper. Condoms only stop two of the 7 or 8 major STD's. One of them is HIV. Condoms, however, do NOT stop HPV or herpies at all. We have a female friend (non-swinger) that had "safe sex" only with her boyfriend. He gave her herpies.
And, if you think you are safe having oral sex without a condoms, you need to guess again. At any given time, nearly all people have some tear in their mouths. If you don't believe us, ask your dentist. And, the older you get, the more your gums recede giving direct access to your blood stream.
Overall, condoms only marginally reduce your potential for problems. The ONLY safe sex is NO sex.

Understand completely about the safety..
For us its more of an intimacy & trust issue.. I guess wierd huh?

No, not at all. If you are with couples in the lifestyle and they are with couples only, then your chances of getting anything are a lot less than if you were single and dating. My ex and I were in the lifestyle for over 25 years and we never got or heard of anybody getting anything worse than a yeast infection.

LOL.
Thats why we have sex only with virgins...
All kidding aside, There is a large variety and amount of stds out there, and getting it isn't specific to sexual activity - it is in essence a disease -
There are about 4 different kinds:
Bacterial, Viral, Parisites and Protozoal.
Each with at least 5 or more (except Protozoal, there is only one.)
Basically, one needs to be tested for over 19 different specific STDS... and thats not counting other diseases that can be spread in a non sexual manner...
Take example, Herpes. Herpes simplex one is really common - you've heard of it, Cold sores. 90% of the population has it. It can (very rarely) mutate into herpes simplex two, which is considered sexual.
Wanna know the fun part?
One has to be pretty much an hypocondriac to avoid getting disease, STDs and otherwise.
BUT!!!
One can limit the risk.
Washing hands, Using condoms, Toy cleaners, hand-bacterial cleaners (you know, the alcohol gel kind.) All kinds of stuff to limit the risk or prevent it altogether.
Then you can become close to the "very rarely happens" level of CDC statistics.

Hi!
I just recently got an email that mentioned that Condoms doesn't prevent HPV...
So sorry if I misinformed you guys, What I was trying to say is all one can do is try to limit the risk, not eliminate it.
Besides, Condoms do work with the majority of the STDs I did mention, not *all* of the 19 different kinds. HIV, HPV, AIDS - Pretty much all of the virus category is not prevented by condoms.
However, There are innoculation shots for HPV (for some specific strains, as I recall. Not all of the variety of HPV.)
Thanks for reading

If you have unprotected oral sex and then go with condoms, how really effective is it in the long run besides making one feel better? I mean, why not cover it up all the time then?
I gotta disagree. I'd much rather try to play it safer than not. Children, abortions, stds, aids.. It's just far too silly to take an even larger risk than you have to. And what the hell do people mean by, "We know them really well." So do you all go down to plannedparenting and get tested together? I've done it, gotten clean results all around and then said fuck it! We're using condoms. No glove no love is just beautiful. You have your partner to go bare back with. The risk is not worth the cost.
No Glove, No Love -- my motto (*ya.. probably stole it from somewhere..)
**blank stare at flag** Stole? Its a motto! Lighten up! Smile, go get laid, something. RELAX!! ((laughing))
Anyway, to answer the initial question. I will NOT play without protection, Period. There are far too many scary things out there to be so haphazard. ((shudder))

As was stated previously the CDC states that 90% of the population has Herpies Type 1, Cold Sores" If you have Type 1 you have an STD and it can be transfered genitally. Period!
20% of adults have Herpies type 2. Look around folks that means that 2 in ten folks at the party or club have Herpies. Either they don't know it or chose to ignore it and take the chance of passing it on.
My point is that even with condoms, swinging is a high risk activity. People who constantly say they are disease free are living in a dream world unless they had a full std testing yesterday and got a clean bill of health. HIV, HPV, HSV are all out there and unseen.
Condoms can certainly help reduce your risk but they are not perfect.
Be careful even with your "friends". The only "safe sex" is no sex at all outside of a exclusive relationship.:h

The main cause of disease spread is body fluids, that being the case, a BJ is highly unlikely to spread anything UNLESS he ejaculates, HOWEVER, cunninglingus (sp?) will spread a lot of things....
Herpes? That is fairly easy to see, if it has a scab or scar, prolly not a good idea to lick it...In a vagina a bit more difficult to detect...Yes, I know, herpes can be spread without a break out, but it is less likely...
Lets face it folks...we ARE a high risk group...Condoms prevent the piss hole (sorry don't know the scientific term) from being in contact with vaginal secretions and the vaginal walls from being contacted by semen...is it a perfect way to prevent disease? hell no, but it helps...The piss hole and vaginal cavity are the main ways it is spread, but lets not even get into anal...LOL

we don't agree condoms don't protect you if you do oral without you are just as much at risk as going bareback you never know if they have been bareback with someone befour you plus what about the ladys playing together don't see any condoms there that can be just as bad you don't get something from just cocks !! too many people belive that if you put a rain suit on the guy your safe not at all! we all have to take care of our selfs its just simple be seletive & if you have something keep it to yourself(don't play) we don't want it. thats our thoughts on it.
the one or sure thing condoms do is to make clean up easier.and should the lady then go and be with some one else for oral at least he would know he's not eating a creampie
Well well Glove or no Love is an interesting way to put it. lol All in All In todays World the Only reason to wear a Condom is to protect against yes some disease exposure and Pregnancy. I being in the Medical field and well versed on this subject say to all reading. If your having Oral sex then using a condom is not warranted unless your not wanting to get prgenant. The rise in Stds are up from Oral sex etc. So saying that Yes the Orgasm is much much better without condoms and is found to be a preference of the people or couples engaging in sexual activities. So to think that your safe by suiting up you should read more about Stds and condoms from AHA. I have been swinging 10 yrs and have developed a good friendship with a select few couples that I will play bareback with. So its all about not just jumping into the sack with whom your playing with but Knowing whom your playing with. A sexy woman and a Handsome guys wrapper can look awesome on the outside. But open the wrapper and you get Mr n Mrs Yuck mouth...lol So whatever your prefence have fun and make trusting decisons.
JSTJIM, what is in your mouth? Bodily fluids. So, if you get a BJ, or you eat a woman out, what do you have? Bodily fluids. You may be thinking AIDS but in general, a person might have the disease without you knowing it.
Herpes. You may have it and not even know it. Even if you don't show signs, you might still be spreading it.
Herpes. You may have it and not even know it. Even if you don't show signs, you might still be spreading it.
AKLIM...You are correct, BUT if you read, oral to vaginal secretions are a minimal risk factor, oral to penis contact also minimal, unless there is ejaculate involved...
ALSO...YES you can get shit from a toilet seat, does it stop you from pissing in public? Come on now...There is a measured risk involved in this lifestyle, BUT if you can contain semen and blood, it is a lowered risk, not risk free...
ALSO...YES you can get shit from a toilet seat, does it stop you from pissing in public? Come on now...There is a measured risk involved in this lifestyle, BUT if you can contain semen and blood, it is a lowered risk, not risk free...
Is that for HIV or all STDs? As I understand it, and I might be wrong, you can still get all sorts of nasty bugs via unprotected oral sex. So, the question is how much are you really lowering your risk by using condoms for intercourse but not oral sex?
Come on...Do some research....It is possible to get anything from anything...BUT the fact of the matter is, there are more of the bacterium and virus in blood and semen...spit has a minimal amount as do vaginal secretions....
Look at the statistics, who is getting more desease? WOMEN, why? because it is easier to spread from semen to vaginal/oral walls than from vaginal fluid to penile tissue...Men have a small hole with which to urinate and ejaculate, occasionally there is some tears and such that cause things to transfer though...Women have a moist, dark, thinly walled cave that HOLDS the semen...
I am not on here to educate people about their risks and levels of risk, look at who is in the highest risk catagories:
1.) unsafe anal sex participants (note, NOT gay males, although they do fall into this catagory often). There is SEMEN and often BLOOD produced.
2.) IV drug users. There is blood exchanged when needles are shared.
3.) Young people 14-25. This is self explanatory...they are immortal.
4.) Adults over 50. They feel they are safe because "we don't have those problems at our age"
This list may be changed by now, BUT it was that way the last time I looked it up...
Simply stated, oral sex is the LOWEST risk of spreading anything, as long as there is not ejaculate present (male or female), NO, it is not free of risk, BUT it is less risky...Life is a risk, so you have to weigh your risk tolerance and figure it out on your own...

I haven't found the percentage yet. Which is why I ask. What is the difference. Lowest doesn't mean much if the highest is 10% and lowest is 9%. If all the difference between one and the other is a very small number, it might not be worth persuing. If it is a much larger number, it might be something worth looking into. IOW, how much improvement will my odds get if I wrap up only for penile vaginal sex vs no wrapper.
if a female will suck on a cock with no condum then she should alow it in her pussy with no comdom
if a female will suck with a condom on a cock then the cock should coverd up when going in the pussy

We agree with those who say no glove no love
I have read MANY excuses for irresponsible behavior. Plain and simply IRRESPONSIBLE!
Yes random sex is always a risk, but some of you are saying "because there's a risk anyway, why bother?" To this I say, people like you are why there's always a risk.
All I can say is DUH!!! Do you also think you should never buckle up or spray for germs? How about Insurance? Do you still pay your premium even though you don't use it very often?
Wake up people! This is a NO BRAINER!
If you are not willing to wear a condom, or play with someone wearing a condom, PLEASE don't bother talking to us, we have walked away before because of lack of preparation, and will again.

Medical News Summary (summary of medical news story as reported by The Stanford Daily): Oral sex is becoming an increasingly common practice especially in at University campuses because of the belief that it is safer. However, unprotected oral sex carries risk of STDs such as oral herpes, throat Chlamydia, yeast infection, gonorrhea, syphilis, hepatitis A, hepatitis E, HIV and HPV. Herpes I, Herpes II and Chlamydia are the most common diseases passed on through oral sex. Preventative strategies for STD transmission involve ensuring that the partner is not infected, using protection which is available even for oral sex and avoid any sort of sex during infectious stages of the condition. Studies show that up to 25% of college students have an STD of which HPV, herpes and Chlamydia are the most common.

It is a choice that we make or maybe call it one of our rules. Each to their own but we will not play without them. We have read hundreds of articles on this thread and we don't care what one says vs: what the others say. We use them and it is the only way we will play. We do not care how well we know someone, NO GLOVE....NO LOVE HERE.
Our 2 cents
Our 2 cents
We always have to laugh at people who say they use condoms "except for people they know really well". We had a cpl tell us that they don't use condoms because they played with just a select few and that they "Knew them really well and they exclusively only played with them" we had to laugh as we knew who they were playing with and that other cpl lets just say we knew that they played the swinging field quite extensively. Don't kid yourselves just because "you THINK they may be only playing with you they may not be telling the WHOLE truth if you are concerned of health risk wear the glove yes true orally you can still get STD's and a condom is not going to prevent all STD's but you do tend to reduce your risk when you cover before penetration but those who think you can play without a condom because you know the other cpl "real well" or you think they screw with just you etc... then you are just kidding yourself as know one really knows what goes on behind closed doors.
Question is, how much of a risk reduction is it? I don't think anyone has that percentage yet or at least I have yet to see it.
Case 1: Bareback all the way
Case 2: Bareback oral and wrapped penetration.
Is there a significant risk reduction between case 2 and case 1? How much?
