Go to the album you want and view the picture. Then "right click" on the image. When the menu pops up, choose "Save Picture As" then save it to your hard drive in a place that you will remember. Voila!
One more thing, if you're in "slide show" mode, stop it so that you can do it, or just go to the normal or default album.
