We've been getting this error message for months now when we try to access the video chat room:
UNAUTHORIZED
Please register at www.Swingular.com to enjoy member services.
If you are already signed in as a member of Swingular, you could be receiving this message if the beta version of Video Chat is over-saturated with users. Please be patient as we integrate this great new feature into our system.
We've emailed the administrator but never gotten a response. Anyone know what's up with this, and why we'd be getting this message?
Thanks for any input!

we have gotten that too a couple of times but we usually just click back to the home page and then try to re enter and usually we have no problem. Im not sure what the problem is though.
Yeah, we've tried that several times but it just wont let us in!! Maybe we've just been blacklisted LOL...I dunno, but we enjoy the chat room and were hoping to get back in sometime.
Try manually emptying your cache. The chat applet maybe corrupted. You may also try and download the latest flash player.

I have noticed that if you are using a browser OTHER than Internet Explorer (ie. Firefox or Netscape), these problems occur.
I've used Firefox successfully for a couple of years to get into the chatroom.
Lately, I've been running the Safari browser for a lot of things, but it doesn't work - I get the same error message that was listed above.
I would suggest the following: 1) clear your cache. 2) clear/turn on cookies 3) try a different browser program. 4) see if you can track down the modified chat applet that is floating around.
