There are always things that come up that cause people to have to bow out at the last minute. We want to

Thanks to the responses we have had, it has been overwhelming and will be a BLAST. THIS WILL BE AN AWESOME PARTY AND FUN TIME. Many have responded from around the country that are coming. They say they are looking forward to meeting the sexy people in SLC.
We (Rovic69 and us) have received a few questions as to the "Theme" of the party, what to wear and the times.
The theme is "Sizzling SLC Beach Bash" ........... Yes we know we don't have a beach, but the attire will be beach wear, and we will have the club decorated like a beach club.
Girls: Swimsuits, with or without cover up (well maybe for the first few hours ) and any type of sexy shoes to accent your outfit that are comfortable for you. You can wear a sarong and thong (or two 
), or anything sexy you would wear to a beach, or wear what the guys are required to wear as well with shorts and a Hawaiian shirt if you don't feel comfortable in a suit. (just so you are in the theme and dress code)
Guys: We are looking for the "Tommy Bahamas" look. Board shorts and a Hawaiian type shirt (or beach shirt) with sandals or thongs (on your FEET).
If you have responded you will be getting something shortly on more details. Again this will be on Fri. the 22nd of June at a upscale, clean club in SLC and will go from 8:00 until 2:00 ish or whenever people break for the after parties
Rovic69 is asking that the attire be met and wore as this is the dress code for this party. In fairness to those that wear the dress code we will not allow those in that are not dressed accordingly (no levis etc.), so please plan to attend in style.

For those that are coming to the party and don't want to drive home and rather stay downtown that Friday night we have secured some great rooms at a downtown hotel at awesome rates that is near the club.
Let either Rovic69 or us know of your needs or desires ( for rooms or whatever LOL ) and we can get you the info to book the room. They have suites with hot tubs (for after parties ) they will discount for us because of the numbers we have as well.
That is also the weekend of the SLC Arts Festival so you may want to enjoy that on Sat or have a place to host some people you meet at the party as we have a great number coming.

Sorry that this forum posting is a week late but we have been taking things a little easier over the past week, recuperating from the beach party last Friday.
We want to thank everyone so much for attending our first party. I know that most of you had a good time. We certainly enjoyed throwing it.
We would like to personally and publicly thank or co-hosts Troy & Lisa, Fundo4you for their help in putting it together. It certainly would not have been as good as it was without their support.
We have received a good number of emails from our party guests thanking us and giving us compliments on how they felt the party went. We would like to thank those of you who took the time to write us thank you as well for your kind words. Receiving emails form our guest lets us know whether we were a success or not.
We have also received a few emails from some of our guests with comments and suggestions for future parties. We would like to thank you for your criticisms and suggestions. Although you can't please everyone, there is always room for improvements.
It is a lot of work putting together a party of this magnitude. We think that our little group here Salt Lake needs more of this type of sexy and classy parties.
We now understand though why so few people take the risk to spend their money and time to throw such a party.
We took names and placed them on a list with a cut off at 300 people. At that point, we created a standby list of about 60 people. In order to even break even on the cost of throwing this party, we needed a certain number of attendees to attend.
Some of our guests could not make it and they graciously notified us and we filled their spot with a guest from the standby list.
However, there were some that confirmed and then re-confirmed, even on the day of the party, and then never showed. Its because of this type of inconsideration that there are fewer people willing to risk their time and resourses to throw a party of this size.
We understand that some unforseen things come up at the last minute and this is part of every party. In the future, it would just be courteous to inform the hosts of any party, that you are unable to attend. Even if this means telling them at the last minute.
If we are to throw another party, we will have to consider some changes to the confirmation process.
We are looking into setting up a website where you can log on to see future parties. This website will allow you to sign up, be validated and then be added to an exclusive list of attendees.
There will be a secure place where you can pay for your tickets online in advance which guarantees both the guests and your hosts, of not losing out on future parties.
For those of you that attended, we would love to hear your comments about how you felt the party came off. We also want to hear from those of you that are interested in attending future parties about your suggestions of what you would like to see at these parties. We would like to hear your suggestions about themes, dress codes etc.
