We would love to see this sight return to a great tool for meeting other people with similar interests in lifestyles. We have observed alot of people have left swingular to go to other sights that feel less critical and controversial. Its a shame that the squabbles and soap box grand standing have driven so many others away. The forums and the chat room are powerful tools for either good or bad. Yes, Swingular is about the swinging lifestyle and seems to cater to those in Florida, Georgia, and Utah. But that is a geographical phenomena. What I see, what I have experienced is what many on this site don't address. The "many who have left" have done so quietly and gone on to other sites where the TOLERANCE factor is much higher.
I've been here since March and the only mail I've gotten is from women from the Phillipines who want a man to help them get to the US. No one whom I have contacted has bothered to respond either yes or no. They see that i'm a "single male' and immediately I'm a non-entity. I would suggest that if you'd like hotter topics, provide the threads. The forum has been kept running by people who present topics, albiet sometimes controversal and mostly about things other than the lifestyle.
On other sites to which we belong or did belong the topics were about how to meet women by single men or from people who wanted advice as to how get their spouce, SO, G/F past the talking stages and into the lifestyle...It seems that since there are no questions and everyone is a swinger of experience that subjects from newbies are not here. There are no Newbies here???? MAybe people come into the forum see the posts and figure that they will be looked down upon by all of those hardened and seasoned swingers....
So to facilitate putting this forum onto the swinging scene, people need to toss caution to the wind and take advantage of all of the experience here. A thought just crossed my mind.... could it be that the people here are simply talking the good game. Now that will probably get me flamed from many sides. I understand your frustration, however. Everyone here is stimulated by different interactions. If we all thought and wanted the exact same thing this site would be boring. As I said in the last post, before I accidently deleted it (don't ask), lol.
To me, It doesn't make a lot of sense to boycott the mall because it has a store you don't like in it. Simply stick to the stores you <b>do</b> like. You don't have to like Hot Topic to shop at the mall. They have every right to sell their products, just as you have every right, not to buy their product. They same goes here. Take what you want from the site and leave what you don't, for those that do. Saying you're are here strickly for sex is fine, but not all of us limit ourselves to that one aspect.
Some of us crave controversy, the unknown and other topics that intrigue, perplex or mystify us all. Sure we have assholes that come into our threads and try and foil our good conversations by trying to nay say everything, but that's where the fun kicks in for me. Many people nay say you and intentionally play the "dick" role, because they too secretly like being in the middle of "what's happening". They will not admit it, but the fact that the continually return shows that they are just as drawn to controversy as the next person.
What's great is that most people that complain about the topics they don't like offer nothing else as an alternative. Most would rather waste time bitching about non-sex related topics than creating a sex-related topic them damn selves. If you want content you like, create it!!! There are plenty of people that will interact if it's something interesting. The reason why people are interacting in these threads is because they feel drawn or compelled to do so.

What do your vanilla friends think?" "Single Males got it bad". Now, muliply that by 10 times a month and you get the forums before all these other subjects came along.
