we got one to upload on our private album but we had to make it a lower quality to get it on there if that helps but that was a little while back

Adobe was having an issue with the flash player. Since this site uses flash to play videos and it's been disabled, since Adobe's player was having issues, perhaps they will enable flash soon, since there is an update available on adobe.com

I have yet to test a video. Since the flash issues. However, I know that photos have to be under a certain size. I am guessing 2 megs. I am sure you can find the specs on the site somewhere. Most photos shouldn't go over a couple hundred kilobytes. 400K for a good sized jpeg at 72dpi.
I do know that the videos can't be over 50 megs. Try making sure that the videos are small enough to fit. Furthermore, videos are converted upon upload. Some formats (compressions /codecs) are not compatible.
