Technicaly isn't it a HALF public forum? Since it EXCLUDES half of the public?
yeah but it's open publically to women - in that sense. "Half-public" just confuses some.

People should have a place to chat where they want, how they want. If you don't like it, don't join - simple. I know for a fact that "Exclusion" was not the goal here. Rather, it is an effort to give women a place to chat in comfort without all us Man Arguers getting in the way and cluttering up the place

Excluding half the public? I'm sure there is a level of sarcasm there that just doesn't translate well into forum posts, but that being said, that's like saying that any discussion group such as a Diabetic Management group, or AA is excluding people even though they are open to the public because the particular discussion going on in those groups isn't pertinent to the lives of everyone. No one is stopping anyone from creating an all men's group.

that sounds like it could be nice. To be able to just chat with females.
With a good shave, the legs and ass might look great,but the rest would end up looking like Angelica Houston. All the lipstik and makeup in the world can't hide this nose..lol
PS. I'm glad this stayed light hearted which was the intent and at the same time something to think about. True equality is INCLUSIVE not exclusive.

Okay - public group versus private... simply means that anyone can actually join. That is they don't need permission to jump in - no pre-screening. We want it to be easy, comfortable and for every woman to feel welcome.
