Interesting and sad commentary about the state of some things when The Breakup occurs.

What are your thoughts?

If there is any justice in the world this guy would never get a date again. Who would trust him after all?
Sad thing that we see is this:

The victim will suffer FAR more than the criminal in this case. I'm sure we're going to see someone try to pass laws about this type of thing somewhere, sometime.

The problem is, if they do this actually can affect the swinging lifestyle, particulary the online community. If the couple does breakup, the party can be sued for "public exhibition" of said photos.

Besides, there is already laws on it - don't you ever why models have to sign declaration of consent?

I think it is a sex crime. You are doing something without consent. Violation of someone's privacy is huge. This is no different that walking up to a woman and lifting up her dress. You are not physically hurting her, but you are violating her none the less. We would all consider that scenario of a sexual nature. The one in question is as well. The only difference was the sanctity of the bedroom was this woman's dress.

I still respect my wife's privacy. I don't barge in the bathroom on her or go through her purse or any of her personal things, for that matter. Even if you are married you have to keep certain things sacred. "Love, Honor and Cherish", I think all three of those vows cover it. This guy is a fuckin' worm, he deserves jail time. I hope she boot-stomped his groin before she dumped his lame ass.
