Have you thought about house parties? All clubs in this state are 21 and over (at least the ones that cater to the lifestyle)
me and my fiance have the same problem with me(brandon) being 23 and her only being 19 house parties are always fun if u can find the right people who will let an under age drinker into their house,we so far havent found any clubs that will allow a person under 21 in there if their rules are 21 and over.

I don't know about where you are, but we have friends where she is under 21 and there are a few byob socials that are 18 and up, and the 21 and up we parties will sometimes allow them when they call ahead and let them know and do not drink in the party.
