yeeouch!
Man o' man... the move to a swinging lifestyle is a move toward my personal 'big 3'.
Honesty, Openness and Oneness.
Its an intentional move away from and rejection of lying, cheating and deceit. Been there, done that, no possible good can come from it.
I am surprised that Swingular has accepted this advertising and I encourage them to rethink this decision and reject this and other adds that promote lifestyle choices that are in direct opposition to the ideals of swinging.
Even if cheaters are haning out on swinging websites Cheating is not Swinging.

We couldn't agree more. When we decided to join this lifestyle we both agreed that being totally real and honest were the 2 most important things to make this fun, and to get what we both wanted out of it. Cheating on a spouse isn't what this is all about. I totally agree with the previous post.

Hmm.
Yeah. What can I say. I've been through the "Swinging, inappropriate relationships, cheating, Divorce" route.
Now, that said, it ALWAYS takes 2 to tango and cheating is usually a symptom of a larger problem between 2 people. If you're having those problems in your relationship, you shouldn't be Swinging anyway! Either that or just end your relationship and stop hurting yourselves and those around you.
However, I think it's a pretty cheap shot to undercut what many of us consider to be the "values" of this lifestyle by advertising this site.
That's my opinion. But we make our stand pretty clear to those we play with! And it's pretty easy to spot the "unfaithfuls" once you know the tricks they use.

My personal opinion, a cheater isn't going to stop "trolling" on here just because there is a "special" site for them .
A cheater is a cheater and will do what they need to to cheat.
I don't personally condone giving them help to cheat. Even if its only directing them to a cheating website.

Riderz,
You crack us up!
You crack us up!
What are you guys talking about? What is Affair Match?
My question is this...
If their ad is on the Swingular Site, is the Swingular ad on their site, if so how many more fakes, cheaters, etc. will this bring to Swingular?
Mr Jenn.

Excellent question Mr Jenn
This is a good point.
This could be an ad from a network...let's check...hang on a sec.
Eh. Probably not. Make money where you can I guess, not my site. We'll just batten down the hatches and put up the periscopes!
Heheheh..."Let the Buyer Beware!"

Yet another good reason why I use the Firefox browser with Adblock Plus ... I can't even see the ad you're all talking about, which makes me glad!

It's simply nice to see that we haven't been the only ones that have scratched our heads and asked..."WTF?"!

I would have to say that I am not a fan of the ad either it goes against everything we stand for. But with that said, How many of us have profiles on other swinger sites that charge WAY more money.... and that does not even include a lifetime membership.
This site is someones business like it or not I would assume they need other ways to gain revenue, With lifetime memberships, the majority of us have paid our dues and they will not see a dime from us again unless we attend a party. Bandwidth cost $$$..
I would gladly put up with an add for naked alien fish monkeys covered in slime if that meant that our cost for this great site was kept to a minimum..
I would hope that the majority of us are open and honest with our spouses and that this "banner ad" is not even a temptation. If they get no click though traffic i would think it would go away...

Since I have already given my opinion on the banner ad in another thread, I will not bother you with a repeat of my stance. I will just say this about "rejecting" said ad. I think the best way for someone to reject the ad is to boycott it. By not using it, you are not supporting it. You are also making decisions for others based upon your view.
