I know some of you don't care who knows, but I'm writing this in behalf of those of us to whom being discrete is important.
I'm curious if any of you can share experiences about how indiscretion has affected you. Many of us have associations with people who would be shocked to learn about our extracurricular activities, and I'm sure a few of us have had to endure unplesantries because someone wasn't as discrete as they should have been.
I'd like to hear what some of you have experienced as far as how bad it got, consequences, repercussions, how you dealt with the offending party/ies.
Basically, what do we do when the wrong people find out, or someone spills the beans?

We are so lucky that we don't have to worry about "who might spill the beans"
No one should ever kiss and tell. Discretion is a must for all of us as the standard. I don't care if we've been given permission to "Spill The Beans". It's a respect thing. This should apply to anyone... Anywhere at Anytime. That's why we show flirty private pics but never sex acts.
Additionally, we've had a couple post provacative pictures of us in the forum. They were not given permission to do so. When we asked them to remove them, they complied, but removed us as friends and now don't talk to us. Anyway, that's been the extent of our troubles. It did make us very apprehensive about being in naughty pictures with other people.

we have a male friend we have known for years. he got a new girlfriend who seemed to be eager to try swinging, she had a few experiences, mostly with us, but then they broke up for other reasons. we still see him but didn't try to stay in contact with her. so just a couple of weeks ago we go to our favorite biker bar, where we are regulars, the band was playing and the place was packed. and there she is, all sexy and looking for a new man, and about half drunk, with horny guys hanging all around her. she was overjoyed to see us, the only people she really knew in the place. so she makes it a point to introduce us to all her new friends, most of them already knew us but not about the swinging part of it, they were just playing along with the drunk chick. then she announces in way too loud a voice "and they're swingers too!"
it was actually kind of funny, 2 other swinger couples we know were there and started sniggering. it is a biker bar, so no real harm done, and some other couples that we barely knew have been making it a point to get more friendly with us lately. so we got outed at our favorite hangout and the skies didn't fall in and nobody even seemed overly surprised or shocked. I didn't want to spoil her good mood, but the next day we called her and let her know that we would prefer to decide ourselves who we want to be privy to that information.

heh heh heh well we've done her before, in fact we busted her swinging cherry (her term for it) but now she's looking for a new boyfriend to cling to, and to tell you the truth underneath those bedroom eyes and heaving breasts there may be a psycho lurking, her old boyfriend thinks so. we're only in this for fun anyway, so we'll just stick to picking the low hanging fruit and pass on the drama
former playmate outed us to her current BF (that it turned out she was cheating on).
