Believe that it would be helpful in the History part of email (or somewhere connected with each individual email) to have the following columns:
OPENED (date)
DELETED (date)
REPLIED (date)
If would be nice to know if you were just being ignored or if they had opened it and just not replied yet.

I agree..Personally I think there should be a place to list the ones that don't reply.. We are supposed to be such an honest and friendly group of people but the number of rude people that don't reply is staggering..Don't they know that it is a compiment that someone thought eneough of their profile that they took the time to inquire of them?? Just a thought..
