Recently we've seen a commercial for a drug that is for the prevention of HPV. They say it targets the 7 or so types that cause cervicle cancer and other life threatening conditions. What they fail to say is does it Prevent or cure an active infection, if that be the proper description. And is it full spectrim, meaning that it also is a preventitative for the some 250 total types of the disease... It also fails to say if it is strictly for women or if for men as well. It would seem to be targeted mostly toward women since the big reason for using it is that it prevents cervicle cancer.
Are there any health care providers, doctors or nurses that know more about his drug.... and if so please post about it....

According to the Medical Journal I read. It's intended for teen's who haven't done the sex thing yet.
They have been clear about it. It does NOT treat hpv that has already occured. Its for women under the age of 26 only. Nothing for men. There about 70 types of hpv, this vacine only prevents 7 of the worst ones.
