I had folders set up in the legacy site, but in the new site in Messages I don't see a way to create or move messages to folders other than Inbox. Am I missing something?
We are doing away with an inbox-based mailbox system in favor of a real-time based messenger feature. As communication has moved in this direction, we feel like we need to match what people are used to using.
If saving a part of a conversation is important to you, maybe we can add that as a new feature. Would this be something you would want to add to a history folder that you can view from a users profile?
