We are looking for some fun hot springs where there can be a little adult fun or places to let it " all hang out" for some spring camping. Any recommendations?

There are some hot springs outside of Meadow, Ut that might work.... they are relatively close and you can camp there. It isn't the most picturesque place, but they aren't a lot of people and you could swim any which way you like 
Has anyone been to Barker or Belmont hot springs?
It’s baker out of Delta. Yes it has become very popular on the weekends all the kids from delta party there and during the day families show up. Headed to Belmont next month with a nudist group to camp.
I was very interested in doing the same thing.

Went to Belmont yesterday. It is a quiet beautiful little place.
Any couples down to meet up for some fun

Had to Google. Didn't know they had reopened the hot spring pools to the public. We use to swim there as a kid and haven't heard it called Belmont since 2000. Camper world owned it for years. Miss going for late night swims with the Miss and having some fun.
Great to see they have reopened. Don't know how you would fair going in for adult fun or soaking in the nude there with the houses. The old Indian hot springs in Corinne is free to use. Sulfur smell is kinda some days. It is a hot spring you can let it all hang out. It's on private property. 24/7 access.
Bear River hot springs which is outside of Preston. Is a good location for hot springs. You can't soak all natural but with the little hotel and camp ground on scene makes it easier for groups to get together for adult time.
Belmont only has the ponds open. The pool are gone.
