Is it just us or does it seem site activity, the forums particularly, have declined significantly ? It seems active member participation has been lagging quite a bit and limited to a few “regulars”. Has everyone else jumped ship ? Is there another site getting a bigger following ? This is a shame, we have been on Swingular for several years now, and not particularly super active outside of the site, we still enjoy following and posting on the forums and staying connected with the community. We understand the administrators have for the most part abandoned this site for several years now, but was hoping at least the community would keep it going.
It’s really slacked off the last few years. I think there has been more sites that are easier to follow.
More sites and more bots everywhere!
We have enjoyed this site in the past. Just doesn’t seem like a lot of people have interests in meeting anymore. It’s a bummer because we used to go the parties all the time and hang out and even meet with couples. No it’s random talk with no follow up.
Right? a lot of people are moving to discord as well.
It's definitely losing momentum. We love this site for the forums alone but it's the only feature that is lacking on other sites. As well as we know everyone on here is pretty much local and not world wide. The admins have been promising for years that a new update is in the works but must be coding it one line a week themselves or something? I have asked several times to buy the site. The owner refuses to sell. As each month passes it seems it gets less and less activity. Especially when you see the local parties section never remove history!
It's become a more acceptable culture since covid. Normal dating apps work much better.
This message was refreshing to see this morning. Is this just a red herring or is something actually happening?

We run a local discord group for Utah for swingers its not as robust for profiles and things but it makes the chats easy

I hope they bring back some form of a real time chat room that used to be a good way to meet
So sort of timeline of when these updates will be initiated would be a little more reassuring. To be honest I’m sure I’m not the only one here that the site has been living up to our membership fees. I believe we’ve been paying members for going on 4 years now and the site has nothing but declined since. If there is no improvement I doubt we’ll be renewing our subscription and moving elsewhere like everyone else.

More site activity would be good - more in person activity would be better.

Yes, we had more meet ups with the old chat site because we got to know people a little bit
We are on a few sites. We do really like the forum on this site the best. We don't like how there are so many dead profiles. If somebody isn't active for six months. Remove them..
With that being said. We feel the lifestyle activity on all sites has declined exponentially over the last year. (we hear that Facebook is still very active with private groups.)

No, this is by design. We don't want single males easily changing their profile to a couple after they realize that they might not connect as easily or as a way to get access to couples photos. By making them contact support and verifying that they are a couple helps keep this in check. Call us at 877-839-0045 and we will assist you.

So we're giving members a month to copy and save any data they don't want to lose, in particular in your messages.
We are targeting March 1st for the launch of the beta.

There are some really unkind people here, and there are way too many things that should be unacceptable just being allowed… people being verbally attacked and threatened for having a different opinion, encounters and booty calls being spammed in those sections, cleaning up old party posts… etc..

Is KIK a scam? SO SO SO many reply simply with a one liner, reach me on my KIK and give the info. But nothing else. I read a few post saying KIK is out dated and runs ads. I wonder if a few are bots and just lure people to use KIK

We would be totally on board with Starlight's offer to help moderate the site. We can vouch for them—they've done an incredible job over on the app with the red logo. We think it is past time this site got some solid moderation! Starlights knows the ropes and has the experience to handle whatever comes their way.
When they killed the chat feature they really killed the site, the chat feature allowed people to get to know each other and decide who they might want to meet. Now people go to other sites for different versions of that exact feature.

Maybe I’m just old, but I don’t find Reddit very user friendly. We used to meet people here and Kik but both have slowed way down. I hope the revamp of this website will help it be more active again!
