Is there any way to contact customer service? The phone number provided ALWAYS says they are too busy and to try again later, then it hangs up...usually about 4 minutes into the "please hold" message.

The main website hasn’t been updated for at least the last 12 years that I’ve seen with my own eyes. It’s exactly the same.
I wouldn’t expect much. I think this website is just passive income for the owners, with little to no maintenance for them. It’s a shame it’s been neglected. I’m sure in someone else’s hands it could be something really great.

We thought we were the only ones having trouble getting in contact with Customer Service. Now we see its others as well.
Various times throughout the day. It doesn't even matter which option we click. They all go to the same recording that puts u on hold for about 4 minutes then hangs up.
