We are contemplating a trip to Key West this fall and would like to know if there are any lifestyle friendly resorts/hotels there. Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated.
There are a bunch in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area. You can spend some time there before heading to the Keys.

There is a bar that has a nude upstairs, but the lifestyle club closed down a few years ago. We really enjoyed out trip there last june.
If you want LS fun Trapeze in Fort Lauderdale is excellent at night.
Spend the day naked at Haulover beach.

Last night we partied in South Beach then shot over to a LS club called Miami Velvet.
They somehow share platforms (digital) with Risque’Soire.
Anyhow, not a ton of people there but the club is okay. Apparently Saturday night is the big main event.
They had a big open floor dance style bar (BYOB). In the back they have a pool table and then they have a very large play area. The play area is nude only and you have to change in a mixed gender locker room and enter with a towell only.
There is an open play area and then rooms as well.
We spent a few hours back there and managed to wrangle a few couples to join us for some debauchery
