Good day fine people. I am looking to gather some information to find out the interest in having a dedicated LS house in Northern Weber county. We have an opportunity to purchase a home that could serve this community well.
This is a large house with secluded private pool and hot tub for your clothing optional fun. No concern from neighboring prying eyes. Large 2 level with lots of space to interact.
If you desire private space of your own there will be 5 bedrooms that you can rent out for the evening to accommodate you and your guests. Overnight stay would also be allowed in these rooms.
Safety is the #1 priority here and there will be rules that must be adhered to in order to provide safety and comfort for all. This will be a 100% drug free environment and will be strictly enforced.
There is still a lot to work out in order to see if this is a viable option. At this point we would like your input so we can determine the next course of action.

Idk about the over night stay I just like to fuck and get the fuck out. Plane and simple
Survey answers submitted. Great questions, with the mindset you already have, at least pertaining to your questions, sounds like your on the right track. To protect yourselves and guests you may want to require some sort of admission signature.
We like to go to house parties have some drinks stay over and maybe have coffee or breakfast in the morning
We would love access to a private pool for LS parties.

One item of feedback not asked for but would affect my willingness to go (wife here): allowing single men. I’m looking for a safe space to express my sexuality. I know there are plenty of respectful single men in the LS, but too many single men make women feel unsafe.
If there were an option for couples-only night, that would be the night we would attend.
If that’s not fiscally possible, having a set limit of single men that were vetted separately to ensure they are respectful and understand consent would help me feel more comfortable.

I agree that SM have their space in the LS and the MRS loves her time with them. However the initial idea on this is really going to be for couples and possibly SF. While I agree we have met some incredible SM as a whole most people are like you. More comfortable with the idea of couples.

Much needed! We love going to LS venues. Some advice learn from friends who have done this. No charges but "donations". No on site exchange of $$. Byob. This will help keep things on the legal side. Mike Borsch ( Red Rooster in Vegas) set most precedents. What people do in a private home is there own business, the previous prevents straying to what may be argued as a commercial venture. We just took the survey.
If the pool is indoors I'd be interested in renting it or the house monthly in the winter.
Something to consider is does this property have adequate parking for a group event. If guests are always on the street your neighbors may through a fit.
Something we would love to be a part of due to our busy schedule. We don’t do the party scene but sounds like a good option to meet like minded people.

Submitted. I would love to see the results of the survey, this market is VERY different than the one we come from and it may help us all understand the mentality of the community and what to expect from this community so we can play better.

This would be such a great idea. We have looked for someplace like this around and you have to travel away to find these type of places. A couples only night as well as themes like bi weekend or plus one for group play etc would be nice. We would love to be part of this or other groups similar that even have parties.
