Faith Journey Meetups is a FB group for women to support each other in various stages of faith transition (most are Mormon/LDS transitioning out of the faith). It’s the most supportive group I (wife here) belong to. Yet I can’t discuss swinging openly there.
With Swingular so popular in Utah, I’m wondering if there are any other FJM members here who want to create a sub-group of support for women? I’m thinking it could be a judgement-free zone of support as we deconstruct purity-culture programming and adjust to this new LS mindset.

Look in the Groups section of Swingular. There's actually an LDS group in there. No idea how active it is.
