It might seem a little early but we decided to get this out so people can think about it.
We do a LOT of camping. Last year our trailer was in the mountains from May 1-Sept 30. Moved it around a bit.
We're wondering if there are peeps that would be interested in joining us for a weekend or two. We've had group campouts in the past that were a lot of fun.
We generally camp anywhere from the High Uintas, Wasatch back, Strawberry area, (spent a week with a herd of elk last year), to the Skyline area.
If anyone would be interested let us know. This has been a great way to meet people and hang with friends.

We love camping do about 60 nights a year
I’m in. Have rig will travel.

We love camping, but nothings worse then seeing trailers in the mountains with nobody there. Finding campsites has become a pain in the ass. The last time we went up Fairview canyon we passed over a dozen camps with no sign of people before we found an empty one.

That’s why we do a lot of desert camping and it’s more remote and private. We don’t like clothes lol
We are down for adult naked camping!
Usually on the camping thing what days work out for some don't work out for others we do quite a bit of camping ourselves we do Easter at 5 Mile almost every year after that it's the strawberry River camp area or up to soapstone and we do skyline once a year but our days don't coincide with everybody else's so we just camp with family that way it's a scheduled trip
So excited for camping season! We hope to get out in woods, mountains or anyplace we can find ever other weekend. Love meeting new and old friends, hit us up with info.

We agree with you. I've talked to the Forest Service about it and basically I was told there is really not much they can/will do about it.
I don't like leaving my trailer in one spot more than a couple weeks. But we've found some spots that rarely see people and we get a lot of animal traffic.

What we should do is create a kik group so when the threat disappears we can stay in touch and plan trips just a thought
Just start a group on here. That way people without kik can access it. Plus, new people can find it!

Uhmmm, interesting
We would be interested for sure

Ok I started a group on here called Utah camping. I also have another group called Stansbury beach. Fell free to join either one. We do camp at stansbury beach a couple times a summer as well. Any question fastest way to contact me is through kik burningm2017

We put in our request to join! Looking forward to meeting y’all outdoors!

It’s an open group all you have to do is post on it I don’t have to accept anyone
We go camping but those pavement rigs have trouble following 😂
But we could exchange gravel for pavement if it’s a good time.

It is near Quartzite, AZ. We love it and try to get down there a couple times a year at least. Plus a great break away from the cold!!
Hey
We would love to camp with you guys again.
The Mrs still talks about your camp fires.
We now have a motorhome.
Who’s camp fires?

Done deal. Actually that was our last group campout. And yes, that was a lot of fun. We also upgraded. New truck and trailer. Not afraid to take it off-road and high up.

I now have a hydraulic log splitter and manual splitter so I can keep up my reputation for the fires lol.
We're in.
Does anyone ever go over to the Wyoming side to camp?

What side of Wyoming are you talking Cheyenne Evanston? Big difference lol
I’ve backpacked throughout the Tetons and Yellowstone to include winter camping. Thinking of heading up with the rig before the summer crowds.

Once in awhile we'll go into the Uintas on the Wyoming side. East of Evanston and south of Ft. Bridger

That sounds like a nice area but I don’t know it that well
Anyone camp in the star valley area??
When is everyone's first trip planned? We're thinking April
There is an rv group on FB for LS and nudist. It's a closed group called PERVs but includes campers from all over the US. Hope 2023 will be some great camping. Heading to New Orleans for our 1st camping trip in late April for jazz fest.

That’s sounds about the right time to start

We usually go out to 5 mile just after Easter. Around memorial day we'll be going up Dairy Fork. There is already too much snow to do Strawberry area until after memorial. The higher areas won't open until sometime in June.
We needed the snow but with this much and more to come, it's going to put a late start on the higher areas.

It's beautiful country with multiple ways to get in there. You can even go in from Mirror Lake hwy. Just depends on how much dirt road you want to drive.

We have a class A motorhome so the road can’t be to technical but we aren’t afraid to get away from the crowds either

We have friends with motorhomes and long trailers so when we go group camping we do spots with them in mind. So far so good.

You’ll have to lead the way we are always looking for new spots

We have camped with this couple and the group they go with a few times and they are a blast. We love LS camping, very sexy times. Always willing to go with them.
The Mrs and I have been talking and this year we want to try something a little different. We want to load up our side by side with food, drinks, very little clothing and of course our camping gear and ride deep into the wilderness where we can be alone with whomever wants to join us for a more intimate and secluded adventure. We have a portable shower we can take and a water filtering system. Just a thought if anyone is interested in this.[/quote]

Thanks sounds interesting as well. We have found a few spots that are treed in and had a LS campout that were really fun

We will usually hit Stateline at least once a year. Haven't been up Mirror Lake Hwy in a while but are planning to this year.

We are hoping for Moab in February and then AZ in March. From there it'll be a couple times a month elsewhere.
