Secret Lives of Swingers was a documentary on Prime, I believe. It shows the good and some potential problems that can occur.
Highly recommend “Sex Life” series on Amazon. 3 seasons.

The best documentary about the LS experience is your own experience. There you'll have an unbiased view of what the LS really is, whether is good for you and if it's really worth it. Most of the stuff you find on documentaries is product placement and political/religious views looking to artificially get you closer to it or the opposite. All research about the LS is incomplete, biased and inconclusive. Yet the LS is here, people are still doing it, it has always existed in one way or another and it will never go away. That's simply because it is simply a variation of the good ol' fashioned intimacy humans had been practicing forever and that has perpetuated our species. Just fuck friends and be merry!
